5 /5 Easter Davis: Great store with great people and great service! I decided to visit this store after reading so many positive reviews online. I called and made an appointment with Malinda for my baby’s ear piercing. Malinda was very warm and kind on the phone. When I arrived at the appointment, the young man that greeted us was kind as well and told Malinda we had arrived for our appointment. Malinda and Shawna were SOOO KIND, EXPERIENCED, and WARM! They did an amazing job with my baby’s ear piercing. They explained everything before hand and did not rush the process. My little one enjoyed them interacting with her as well. She is 11 months old. :-) I was impressed and very thankful I chose them to do the piercing. The piercing itself was quick and efficient. Thanks Albert’s Jewelers!!

They took the time to listen to my thoughts, did not mind going through several design changes, and talked me through every decision. Shawna truly understood what I was looking for and brought the concept to life. The final piece surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend them and will go back for future jewelry needs!
