Service was great in the beginning but everytime I call to get a quote to shop around with other companies within the agency, I never get a call back or follow-up. I called in November to get a quote for my homeowners insurance and again in February for my auto insurance. I guess at this point the only thing to do is switch insurance companies to some place with better customer service.
