Robert Phillips & Associates Inc. - Hartwell Jeremy Rowland: We have filed here for 8 years and originally had no problems with them. However, in the past couple of years they have become less and less helpful. And we have felt less and less valuable as individuals to them. If you don’t make a lot of money, they don’t really want your business. Kayla has a terrible attitude. They charge $400 to prepare your simple 1040 taxes! The IRS told us my tax preparer could change my address or direct deposit information and they refused. I asked for the refund amount of our last return and they were going to charge me $25 to print out a copy of our last return. We will never do business here again! Also, I find it strange that they only have 1 review on Google after all the years they have been in business. Maybe they are having someone mark them as inappropriate so that they can keep there one five star review. Robert should be ashamed of the service they are providing.
