Heather offered to assist me in finding a better rate, reluctantly I let her assist me , and she did find a better rate for me. Heather was very pleasant to talk to. She as knowledgeable and she rally gave me the time that I needed to ask questions. I want to thank acceptance for employing individuals that care about their clients.
