    Tabitha Minchew: Best out of all the rest. I been banking with Family Bank for 5 years now. The Bainbridge and Pelham branch are excellent. Fast and friendly! Shout out to Chip and Sydney in Pelham. And Mrs. Sabrina in Bainbridge. Thats just 3 that stand out. All the rest of the employees are friendly as well. I would recommend them any and every day. :)

    Marla Gardner: This is the worst bank I have ever delt with. I had an account years ago here and they gave every dollar bill I had out to someone that was not on my account. They never check for ID. Year later my mother open up an account here and when she tried to get money they would try to keep her from getting money out. They would always use my brother to try and talk her out of it out. I suggest you open up an account wheres else.

    Cash Barnhart: Shouldnt do ATM maintenance at 8:40 AM. 20 mins before they open. Now Im sitting here waiting to make a deposit without either of their services available. (Employees just looked at me as I tried the door at 8:53am) It definitely makes more sense to do ATM maintenance during business hours so customers wanting access can at least go inside for assistance.
