5 /5 Bob Goblin: Colleague and I were in Atlanta for 1 week ACSM conference and spent a couple hours looking for a good gym that was within walking distance from the convention center. Finally found Resolution Fitness and SO GLAD WE DID. Kevin and Tony were both TOP NOTCH! Gym is incredible, all the free weights, machines, and cardio equipment you could ever need. We attended most days between 630-830am and there was never any problem getting on equipment. Locker rooms were immaculate and all shower supplies and towels were provided. All of this for only $40! Insane- other lesser quality gyms that were much further away were wanting $80-$100, some wouldnt even consider taking us without agreeing to an annual membership. If youre ever in the area be sure to try out Resolution Fitness, Kevin and Tony will take care of you like family. FiVE STARS!!!

5 /5 Adrian Garcia: Visited on April 24th after a 10 hour layover in Atlanta. I really needed a workout and shower after a long flight with a reasonable daily rate. Kevin really displayed southern hospitality like no other! He was very attentive and cared to be clocked in by showing me around the whole gym, including the amenities. I was pleased with how modern the equipment was, the views from inside the third floor above the lobby as I did my cardio and an ample amount of space and machines. I felt very welcomed from jump and definitely recommend if you’re stranded at the airport! Exceeded my expectations and would gladly return.

5 /5 Patrick Adams: In town just for the night (airline crew) and wanted more than the hotel had to offer. Great gym, very nice amenities, clean. Kevin at the front desk set me up with a day pass, chat me up and got to know me, and showed me the place all in a matter of minutes so I could get my workout started. The GM was also very nice. I’ll be back on my next ATL work trip!

5 /5 GJ Sequeira: This gym was on the inside of the Ritz Carlton in downtown Atlanta and lived up to the location. Morning rush was at 6AM per the staff, so you might want to wait until 7 if you want pick of the equipment. Staff was friendly, powerblocks were at each treadmill up to 50 lbs, a couple functional trainers and one set of many of the usual machines. One squat rack and two bench only areas, so you might need to wait if its crowded. Overall, great gym, great place to get a quick workout or pump in.

Jeffrey Miller: Great fitness experience. Training is in class formate but still feels personal. The structure of each class is built upon a full program, with each class building upon the previous classes. The trainers care about your results to a level I haven’t experienced anywhere else. With a special focus on recovery. They have stretch periods after each class, a full variety of recovery equipment like compression boots, and even a specific class dedicated to breathing, stretching and mobility. If you come here, go all in for 45 mins and the results will be undeniable.

I havent tried their protein shakes yet but Im sure they can make the best. No one fights over equipment and people learn and watch each other to get better workouts. Thanks guys!!!!

Simon Hardt: Its very mid, equipment is lacking, not the cleanest, staff has done as much as they can with the space, so not really their fault, they are good people. It just needs to be 4x the size for the number of people who workout here. Ive been to PF in rinky dink nowhere towns with like 20k people that were much larger and nicer, this one is minutes from downtown Atlanta, one of the biggest cities in the country, but you would never have guessed this was a prime location. Planet fitness please invest more in your gyms in Atlanta.

Bob Langan: Was looking for a gym to use while in town for a few days. Ended up choosing RPM Fitness due to its proximity to where I was in Midtown. For a reasonable price I had access to their excellent facilities--machines, weights, and spin bikes all in great condition. Towels, water, and other amenities are provided, and the locker rooms are clean and have plenty of features (apparently a sauna I forgot to try!) The people who run the place definitely care about what they do--When I had a problem with my access card, the manager, Jasmine, quickly responded to my email (on a Friday night!) and got it sorted out in no time. If youre a local and need a new gym, go here. If youre just visiting ATL and need a gym for a few days like i did, go here. Youll be happy you did.

Its Me: I absolutely love this gym Im so happy that I moved to the area I am another business owner in the area and to meet Tommy and Christy has been nothing short of amazing they are very helpful when it comes to using the machines which is Im very familiar with most of them but the ones that I was not they are very helpful they keep the place very clean and I love that they make sure that everyones safe in their establishment. The space is clean, well kept and stocked with quality equipment. The best part is the energy of D1 Upper Westside. The coaches motivate and educate you throughout the workouts and genuinely take the time to get to know the members. A testament of the positive energy created in the space is how members support and celebrate other’s growth and success. This truly is a gym family offering challenging workouts and a great time.
