Becky Barta I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted for my haircut. She barely looked at it and just started cutting away. She went way to short and made my hair look absolutely atrocious! I left the salon in tears Ive never had such an awful haircut. Its ugly, too short, uneven, and now I feel so self-conscious. I dont even want to go out in public like this now. This lady should not be cutting anyones hair ever. ***UPDATE- I emailed smartstyle as they said to below my review. Its been 4 weeks now and still no reply from them. WOW! So much for customer service!

Coty Shout out to Whitney and the team for helping clean me up. This is the only place Ive found to both get braids and get my beard trimmed, with both looking great. These ladies are amazing and definitely worth checking out if youre looking for a new barber/hair-stylist!

Brandi Williams Iris is AMAZING at what she does. She cut, highlighted, and styled my hair, and my daughters as well. Along with doing our facial waxes. She is wonderful at what she does. Highly recommend and will be going back! Wonderful prices, great atmosphere, and clean work area.

Laura Tucker 10 out of 10 no questions!! Both times I been there for cut and color it was exactly what I wanted and didn’t even have to show a picture!! Owner can work miracles lol I recommend anyone and everyone there! For sure a drama free environment and time flys by way to fast!! Also I can’t bring my kids with and don’t have to worry about judgment!

Emily Fain I was super excited to get my hair done here since I have a new baby and haven’t had my hair done since February. I communicated with Cassidy prior to the appointment and sent her pictures of my current hair and pictures of what I would like (which I know it won’t come out exactly like pictures) when I got there she asked me how many low lights and highlights do I want and asked if I wanted more of the other or for it to be even and I didn’t know what to say so I said even? thinking she was aware of what I needed since we discussed it and I showed her the pictures and she is the hair professional. I’m clearly not an expert on hair. As she was doing the low lights I stopped and asked her if she thinks it will be too dark and she said no. After my hair was done I was pretty shocked and said this is really dark and it was darker than when I came in originally. She said as I wash it will get lighter. I went home and cried and ended up texting her that I was unhappy about it. Instead of her just saying come back in let’s get it done how you originally wanted it, she passive aggressively made comments about how I said I wanted even low lights and high lights and that I wanted dimension and as I wash it more it will look like those pictures. She put the blame on me and did not offer to just fix it. I asked her if she would charge me and she said she would charge me more. I waited to see if it would lighten up like the pictures and it did not so I reached out to her and asked for a partial refund to be able to go somewhere else and she said she doesn’t do refunds but she would fix it for free this one time(which as an unhappy customer she should of offered that originally). Needless to say I will not be going back and I have wasted money.

Billi Merk When I move to a new town one of the most difficult challenges I face is finding a new hair stylist to deal with my pickiness, not to mention my troublesome hair. But, I found Stephanie! As soon as I met her I knew I was in good hands. My husband, daughter, and grandsons enjoy her services as well. Stephanie is very patient, accommodating, and empathetic with both boys who have autism and sensory issues. Not only is Stephanie a wonderful stylist, she is woman of GOD and lets HIS light shine in everything she does. It’s been over two years since I found Stephanie and I think we’ll keep her (and her mom, Hope, too)!
