Shae Malone So pleased with my experience! I had the funniest man doing my nails (I forgot to get his name but he had a trump hat on) and the sweetest lady named Sequoyah doing my toes and the design on my nails. Overall a very clean and professional place! Will be coming back

The pedicures have been rough, tearing my skin and incorrect trimming giving me a bloody hangnail. I realize after this service, I have settled for less!

alil jones excellent and detailed pedicure from start to finish... My rating is such because the price in the booklet doesnt reflect what I was charged. Otherwise, it would be a five star rating. The nail techs should inform clients if there is a price adjustment that is different from whats in the booklet.

Tonya Clarke Vee does an awesome job every time she does my nails!! Great nail artist. I’ve been going every 2 weeks for awhile now and will continue to do so. If you want great looking nails by a great nail tech go to luxury nail spa, you will be took care of the right way.

Charlene Bunch I have used this salon for a while on and off. Lee has always been good at doing my nails but the last couple times I have not been too pleased. I went in today and This lady right here will never do my pedicure again! I jerked my foot back and told her that hurt and she just laughed and kept doing it! I pointed and said my toes are bleeding!! When she finished (should have just walked out) I told Lee about it and he put some antibiotic on them. Yes, he still charged me! I will not be back there! What is wrong with people these days?!

Crystal Simpson Went in this past weekend to get a pedicure and sns on my nails. I had a couple of pictures and asked if they could do what I wanted before we began. I was assured—yes, no problem! I just wanted a couple of different solid colors and chunky glitter. The solid colors were grabbed and I asked again about the chunky glitter I was told yes, no problem we’ll do it at the end. The pedicure was good but my nails took forever and he wouldn’t listen to anything I asked for. I don’t like the shape and asked several times for him to fix them and he would roughly run a file over once or twice and declare it perfect and keep going. I asked two more times about the chunky glitter to be told yes, yes, we’ll do it special at the end. When the end rolled around I was told they didn’t have any glitter like I wanted. I explained that I would have picked something completely different if I had known that. He told me it would be fine. I ended up seeing some chunky glitter myself and asked why I couldn’t have that? He told me to go pick what I wanted only to then tell me no it wouldn’t look good. I explained that I wanted it and he refused to put it on my nail. He ended up painting glitter gel polish over my nails and not even how I wanted it. At that point I just needed to get out of there. I was to the point of tears after not being listened to when I had asked and asked and asked. I just let him finish up so I could leave. He declared that my nails are better than the picture. I was so frustrated! They are lumpy and uneven, none are shaped the same and they are not at all what I asked for. I will most definitely not be returning!!

Jennifer Mabrey Lynn does a great job and works quickly. I never have issues with my nails popping off even when I go a bit too long between visits. Great color selection as is the quality of the dip powders.

Katie Sanford I hate posting this review because just 2 weeks ago I had a wonderful experience here. However today was very disappointing. I went in for just polish as I don’t get a pedi every time. I told the tech I wanted regular polish. She rushed to paint them and I even had to asked her to touch up a few that were messed up. Guys I should have saved my money! There are chipped, uneven, and polish is everywhere! There is nothing professional about this!

Brianna Buckner i came here yesterday after i had gone to another salon, but they just had too long of a wait as i had to bring my toddler with me. they weren’t too busy, and overall pretty clean! all the tools looked pretty clean, the tables were stained but it’s a nail salon. they didn’t have the exact color i was looking for, but they had some close enough that i was satisfied. they were kind to my son, despite his toddler screams. i don’t get my nails done often, so i am pretty picky when i go, i got a basic set of almond shape acrylics and they did amazing. exactly like the photo i showed them, shape was PERFECT. i am unsure of my techs name, but he took his time, and at the same time didn’t take forever. their pricing is great, was very inexpensive for my set compared to other places i’ve looked at. i enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be going back.
