alexa oehme My nails look nothing like I asked for. I was charged 100 dollars and I expected to have gel for my pedicure but they put regular polish. I am very unhappy with my nails. But the staff was nice

Sonya Triplett Lucky was my stylist. He was nice and my nails looked really good. However, he told me that the gel would last 2 -3 weeks. It lasted 5 days until it started peeling off and making my nails look horrible. On day 6 I visited the salon. Lucky was not available. I spoke to his wife. She was very rude and said that it was my fault...and gave several reasons. Once I informed her that this was not the case she turned and talked to her client about my nails as if I wasnt standing there. I kindly defended myself and decided to take the high road and leave. Because of her rudeness and not trying to make anything right, I will never go back and cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

Crystal Carter Let me tell you !! This place is a joke and a total waste of money. I took my daughter in yesterday to have her nails filled in and the staff were beyond rude. The man that was doing my daughter’s nails kept huffing and puffing as if he was annoyed with her and she was literally just sitting there. I ask for the nail color options for her and told them she wanted a shade of green close to her dress color and was told that I could only choose from one of the bundle of nails they handed me. They had no greens and we ended up having to choose a navy blue color. After she told him she only wanted thin tip painted on he proceeded to paint half the nail and when she told him she wanted it a little thinner he rolled his eyes and made a huffing sound and started complaining to his coworker. They charged $75 and her nails are a mess. We will def not be going back there again and I hope that this will save someone else their time and money. U will be disappointed!!!

Jesse & Alicia Evans So I never take the time to do reviews and I ALMOST let this one slide too, until I went back to let them know & they wanted me to pay more money, instead of making it right with a customer. Backstory- A few days ago, I went to get a manicure+pedicure, which was listed as being $40. I never spend money on myself like that but I thought it would be worth it and let me just say- I was WRONG! First off, I walked in expecting to pay no more than $50. Once he started, it went from the listed price of $40, to $70 because I accepted his offer of paying extra to have this "gel nail", that would supposedly last a lot longer than traditional nail polish. During the manicure, he seemed to get annoyed and was very quiet and short, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even when choosing a color, I couldnt make up my mind & due to them coming off as getting irritated at my indecisiveness, I chose the wrong color for my pedicure. The pedicure actually seemed to be the best part of this whole experience, until he started quoting me on "additional" prices for "additional" pedicure services, that I had assumed were part of the pedicure anyhow, like them using the little tool to remove dead skin, which I got charged an extra $5 for. The grand total, including tip, was something like $80. At the time, I was more pleased with the way my nails looked, than my toes. The polish, again, wasnt what I was really wanting but moreover, they looked as if my 4 year old had painted them. The polish on my nails looked okay but the very next day, the white gel nail polish that I paid $15 extra for, was starting to chip and peel off!! The whole reason I had agreed to pay more for this pricey, special nail polish was for the simple fact that the polish was supposed to last LONGER. It didnt even last ONE DAY. Whenever I made it by there to show them what was happening, he wanted to charge me another $15, even though I thought I was pretty nice about it & even told him he could just slap more of the same polish on the nails that had chipped. Nevermind all of the other things, I just wanted polish to cover my entire nail, so that they didnt look like I needed to get them done when I had in fact, just had them done. The fact that I just spent time writing this review is all you need to know about how bad of an experience this was. I will obliviously not be returning.

Tempest Holbrook I got acrylic nails and a pedicure done today. A young man did both. Although he was nice, I ended up with a terrible paint job on both my fingers and toes, glue all under my nails, and a bleeding finger. I’ll spare feet photos, but he didn’t bother to get the dead skin off. I picked out a very neutral pink color, based on the samples, and essentially ended up with white nails. I never leave bad reviews, but that’s $73 down the drain.

Debbie Broadway If you need a new do or want your nails done, these ladies can take care of you! For a special occasion or just because...they can make you feel like a new woman! And, they have massage chairs, pedicures, and spray tans, too! Its a great place to unwind, relax, and become the woman youve always wanted to be!!

Cherry Tew Love this crazy girl by the name of Misty Mize! She is a great stylist and so personable! Enjoy so much each time I visit her!

GL F LBGTQIA+ friendly. Their stylists are professional, hospitable, and happy to listen. The interior is cozy and, fortunately, lacks the acrid chemical smell that haunts most other salons.
