Donna Fowler This was my first visit. The office was very neat, clean and well kept. Dr Nelson and his staff who provided exceptional care, were friendly and knowledgeable. One of the most effective and most important to me was the providers explained what they were doing and why. Also I was give options as well as what to expect in the future to obtain my optimum oral health. I look forward to returning for my six month appointment!

Megan Swartz I couldn’t be more happy with this place. My toddler had his first appointment and for a boy that is a little timid with the unknown, he did amazing!!! Melanie is by far an amazing hygienist .. she was so patient, kind, and fun. She truly cared about my son being comfortable. Dr.Garber was a ten. Making it a point to have the patient (my 4 year old) feel safe before checking teeth and having humor in the process. My son needs a filling and I would have loved to get it out of the way but the doctor wanted my son to end on a good note so of course he would trust him at his fill. Mind you, the cavity was SO small and in no way bothered my son we had no idea it was there, so I’m very happy with how the whole staff made it a priority to allow my son to feel safe and just be himself !! Thank you Springfield dental, your team is a gem.

Megan One of the best dentists office that Ive been to! The hygienist Michaela was super sweet and did an amazing job, all the while explaining everything that she was doing and Dr. Ratchford was also wonderful! He was very down to earth and very knowledgeable. Im so thankful that I found this office!

Amanda Friese We had a fantastic experience this week with all the staff at Springfield Family Dental! Marcie was so helpful when I ran into an insurance issue and got me rescheduled with ease. My teenage son was seen and spoke very highly of his experience. The new cleaning process that they offer is better than the traditional polish and he enjoyed it. Dr. Ratchford discussed all of the options for the new sealant material they offer and I was very pleased with Michaela and his thorough discussion and engagement. Definitely a more intimate experience and felt more personalized than our older/larger practice that wouldnt take our insurance. Cant wait to be seen in January! Highly recommend!

Jennifer Couch The VERY BEST I have ever been to in 43 yrs time! I was seen by Dr. Robert Nelson for an emergent extraction appointment today. I have a fear of dentist and dental anxiety stemming from childhood and even adulthood (yes, it is a thing). Dr Robert and his staff; from the sweet ladies at the front desk to his assistant, they all listened to what I needed to get through the appointment as their patient. Dr. Robert talked me through every step, reassuring me and checking on me throughout the procedure. I have found my new dentist! Thank you all for your understanding and patience!

Dr. Nelson and his entire staff are so friendly and compassionate and just make you feel so welcomed and genuinely care about your well-being. They did everything possible to help me including getting me a same-day appointment to have a root canal done. I can’t speak highly enough of this entire practice and I’m so fortunate to have found them as my new go to for dental work!
