Jane Rowland Dr. Cox and his staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The office is attractive and comfortable (not freezing cold!). Time waiting was very short. Dr. Cox carefully examined my teeth and assessed my issues. He explained my options and his plan for treatment. I appreciate the time Dr.Cox took with me, engaging in conversation, putting me at ease and confident that I will get the best care. I feel that he is a good professional and a caring human being.

Ryan Wetherington If you live in the Nashville or surrounding area, there is no need to go anywhere else for your dental needs. I have lived in numerous states and been to quite a few dentists, and this is hands down the most compassionate dentist with the most friendly knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. Everything from them getting me in to see them the next day, to the fact that they called me the next morning to inquire about my well being just blew me away. Frederica was very nice and patient with me and has a very relaxing vibe about her and made me feel at ease. Dr. Shiver was by far the friendliest dentist I have ever met. He walked into the room and made genuine conversation with me for a few minutes as opposed to the small talk you usually get everywhere else. I always feel like I am just a number or a dollar sign when I go to the dentist, but this business still seems to value making a connection with their patients. I can honestly say I dont know why I would ever go anywhere else and I would highly recommend Dr. Shiver to friends and loved ones. Their fees were very reasonable also. You wont go wrong by choosing them!
