Simone Thornhill Please avoid this place! Not worth the money. The polish on my gel manicure lifted after 3 days, just with normal day to day activity, nothing out of the ordinary. Got it done Sunday afternoon and it is now Wednesday.

C Creighton Zero Stars!!! Ill never be back, because I dont support businesses with poor customer service and poor products. The price on the wall is not what you will pay and the products/material quality are CHEAP! I paid $90+ for SNS nails, and a matching pedicure, on 2/19 for my nails to begin chipping four days later from normal use. Ive never experienced two chips/breaks within four days from ANY nail salon. I fixed my pedicure break with super glue, and decided to return back to let them fix my broken nail. When I presented to get it fixed, I was told I had to wait 60+ minutes to get the repair behind the line of individuals getting full sets of nails. The entire point of me coming on Monday was to avoid the Friday/Saturday rush as I prepared for my anniversary weekend. They were unaccommodating, basically telling me Id have to wait which wouldve caused me to miss my makeup appointment. Ill be looking elsewhere from now on, because one thing I dont play about is businesses playing with my time and my money.

Valerie Davis I came in soon as they open, the guy rushed on my nails . I have glue and gel running down my fingers, it’s unacceptable, so I went completely off. I don’t like to behave that way but why are u rushing ?this is literally what my nails look like as I sit here waiting for a lady to fix it

Traveling wvcouple Fabulous ladies and fabulous service. Gwen was amazing. She made my nails look beautiful. I told my husband that this was the best set of nails.ive ever had, and i wasnt lying! Joi did a wonderful job on my toes. Definitely will go back when we are in the area.

Ahbrea Barber I went in yesterday, for a Dip nail with extension and a pedicure. The Pedicure is the reason this review is a 4/5 as the man doing the pedi was a little rude, but did a great job on my nails. My dip nail was amazing, it is very similar to the photo that was shown (below square nail). I am very happy and will return as this was a return visit with a friend. My friend didnt enjoy the same great service however, as she wanted a sparkly white french tip and payed extra to fix an error the artist made (not using white polish prior to the sparkle coat to make it pop) This was very disappointing.

zada I got my nails done at crystal spa and nail and it was terrible so i went to VIP to get them redone and it so much better. Chris did them and i am so thankful

allison stevens I came in for a dip set around 5pm with an appointment and the woman who did my nails was rushing through it and was so rough it was painful most of the time and she cut my skin with the drill. She was not friendly at all which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t get even close to the color I asked for (pictures of what I asked for and what I got). I definitely felt like an inconvenience and not a customer, very disappointed

Carol Comrie Love going to Salon Phal for my manis & pedis! They are super nice and the rewards program through Spot On is awesome. The prices are great and I am always happy with how my nails turn out. I get compliments all the time on how great they look! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I took my bridal party a few weeks ago and it was so easy and fast even with a ton of loud hyper girls! Definitely try them out- you wont regret it!

Annabella Collins I’ve been going here with my mom since I was little—probably 18-19 years. They have always been extremely nice and accommodating to their customers. Phal coming in and doing hair has just made us love it more. Haven’t gone anywhere else for a haircut in 7 years.

Its not every day you encounter such a caring and knowledgeable professional who genuinely takes the time to ensure your comfort. I cant recommend Purity Nails 21 enough—its a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a salon that prioritizes both quality and comfort, this is the place to go!

Valtrina Royster This was my first time visiting this nail salon after discovering it on social media, and it was absolutely worth the drive—even in heavy traffic! Calista Flores My second visit here, and I was even more impressed than the first! Fantastic selection of colors and the nail tech was open and willing to do whatever design ideas I asked for. They also provide free water, soda, or wine to you while you get your nails done. I paid about $120 for these SNS nails with a design. The people who work here are very sweet and attentive, and the place is gorgeous.

Camila Sanchez I came here with a few friends and their services went very well (Gel + Mani/Pedi) while mine did not unfortunately. I came in to get a classic manicure (no gel, just a simple manicure) and it was horrible. I came in at 5:30pm, they took a bit to set up (which was fine), but the young man who started doing my nails was not great. He buffed my nails too much with the dremel to the point that they were hurting, and he did a terrible job with the actual painting of my nails. I had to stop him the fourth time he tried to paint the same nail because at 7:00pm, I had to leave. Someone else finished for him, and I honestly really regret having my nails done here because now I have to wait for the damage he did to my nails to grow out. I really wish I had better things to say about the service, because everyone else who was there seemed very great and the place was very clean! Just don’t get a classic manicure :(

Neha Chakravarti I just left Sugar Nails as a first time client and I will for sure be coming here all the time. Hannah did my manicure + SNS and Anna did my basic pedicure. Both of them were so meticulous and gentle. The salon is so clean and organized with a team that greets you with all smiles. They even offer 15% off for first time clients!

V. H. I like the setup for the individual stylist and the fact that theyre separated from each other. Its really nice, and you have to be let in the main door by someone. Safety is always good. The elevator there is really slow for just 2 floors, tho.

Jaime R Franxis in Baby Mullet (loft 25) is an excellent barber. I feel like I can be myself there, its comfortable and trans-friendly. I get longer on top, short on the back and sides. Franxis does a great job.

Yvette Glover I am sharing yet another bad experience visiting my hair stylist inside these suites. Management needs to be more proactive with maintenance! I had my weekly appointment and upon arriving at 8:00 a.m. on yesterday morning, there was a strong smell of mildew in the entry area. The ceiling has a serious leak and the carpet was wet. Because there is two doors to enter, the smell is trapped between both. Water dripped down on my head! If I was a stylist that worked in these suites, I would leave at this point. This is not a good look for their customers.

Fredricka Sanders Thomas is absolutely phenomenal! He’s been caring for my nails a lil over 2 yrs now and I’ve followed him from Fairburn to Midtown as he is worth that extra 30 min drive! He always brings my nail ideas to life and makes them his own with amazing creativity and precision! Not only does he create stunning nail art, but he’s incredibly meticulous with cuticle care and shaping, ensuring my nails look perfect for weeks. His friendly personality and attention to detail make every appointment a relaxing experience - I highly recommend him!! And of he’s busy or unavailable the others at Celeste Nails are just as talented! Don’t delay, go the Celeste Nails today!!

L. McCann Rose Nails’ art appears beautiful in their photos and their front desk receptionist was lovely. The negative review is specifically geared towards service and the incredibly rude reception by my nail tech. I went in for a simple manicure and left greatly disappointed. The older woman who serviced me threw down the nail color book upon hearing that I just wanted a manicure. Literally threw it hard to the next station over. She then did a terrible trim, file, and paint job that left my nails chipped, uneven, and lumpy from the polish. My clipped nails were left under my hands for the duration of the service. There wasn’t even an offer of lotion, I had to ask & she just said there’s some on the desk before a comment to pay at the front. If you don’t have a tried and true nail tech there, Rose Nails may not be worth the visit (depending on who you get saddled with).

NaturaLaii My nails were so cute. I never had a design like this. i asked for mani & pedi in white with the acrylic tip on the big toe. Although the tech was nice, he made a few nails bleed. They refused to add the acrylic tip specifically saying “I don’t need that”. I chose a top tier pedi but i honestly do my pedis better at home. The nails and the gel polish also didn’t last long. I was here for 2 hours including the 5 minute wait. Cleopatra nails in camp creek marketplace is still the best I’ve been to so far in regards to long lasting nails and great pedi. their mani and pedi only took an hour

Foryn Norwood I been coming here for months n its like im disappointed more n more!! Prices keep changing and basic pedicure is 30 plus 15 for gel polish but if you get just gel polish ony its 25 like thats insane!! I barely have toenails and i literally paid 15 last time i came!! They do rush jobs n try to tell you how to get them done and i hate bouncing around for a nail tech however this may be my last visit! I keep giving them the benefit without doubt and im still disappointed!! Nails dont have same shape and its like they dont take their time!! Not a main nail tech place!!

Elise VERY disappointed! They didnt put anything on them to help dry them faster, nor asked. They gave me a chart to pick color, but the colors werent available because I wasnt purchasing gel. My sisters price changed from last visit, $20 dollars more. Todays visit, for her, was $110. And when a black male came into the salon, the laughter, look, and conversation didnt "feel" pleasant. Dont change prices, downgrade service, and talk about the folks who are paying you. The 1st visit was a better experience, but the reaction to the black male, along with the multiple "still need to do" requests confirmed that we will not go back.

Olivia I came here to get my pedicure didn’t think I was going to be paying $100 for gel and to lose nail polish on my two toes at the end and thank God I discovered that before wearing open toe shoes and seeing that. I love my nail tech but for the price I need to not be experiencing this bs. Then no price was told until after I was getting ready to Leave $100 just for my feet no ma’am I will not be returning for $100 I could have gotten my feet done twice with all the fixin. Nicole Please avoid this place. Super uncomfortable experience. I got a basic gel manicure, it was terrible.When I asked for a receipt, they had to hand write it because I paid cash. It’s unfortunate because this is what happens, they come to predominately black neighborhoods and overcharged and give subpar services. Do yourself favor and go somewhere else.

Kut Throat My girlfriend has been going here for 5 plus years. They have great Customer service friend they’re friendly and they also do proper treatment of your nails. And they’re able to meet her Expectations every time. I highly recommend this place.

Reshonda Evans I gave 4 starts because she did not apply a coat of clear over my diamonds and 2 fell off within a hour of leaving. I had to apply glitter polish just so it wont look so bad ( seen on pointer finger in second photo) The price of my nails was ok. Tammy did my nails and she was very fast and very patient. HOWEVER, I dont like how my nails are uneven, bubbled up and i tried to explain that as clear I can, still, she gets an A for effort. I really do like my nails overall but I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CLIENT. She also did my eye brows, I have really thick eye brows but she arched them them to perfection. That was the best thing about my experience. I appreciated the service overall and thats why I gave 3 stars.

J Primous My first day here. Came in for a FULL SET after not having acrylics for 6 months (I like to let my nails take a break). My tech was Tammy, she was really sweet and has good customer service but amateur skills. inconsistent shaping, and sloppy paint. "no refund" is posted all over-which is a red flag ... but I thought going in the middle of the day on a Wednesday would get me a great job. As you can see in the pictures- its only been a few hours and theyre already lifting on the sides. I paid and politely left but I will not be returning. Disappointing cause the attitudes and atmosphere was great...just wished the skills were there to match. -I love the color I picked tho- Ill go elsewhere for a fill-in and try to fix them.

Nakia Vance I should have listened to my sister. My son is graduating from college and I needed a fill in so because I needed a sweatsuit also I decided to go here. Bad choice, my toes alone should have stopped me from goin further. First off one toe nail was round and the other was square “red flag” but I stilll gave the benefit of the doubt and continued. Bad decision!!!!! Never ever will I go here again, the color was off and my nails look horrid! My nails were just uneven pointy and fat, I asked for round…I’m beyond upset cause it sure wasn’t worth the price. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

LaWanda Breaux I got my nails done here for my Birthday and was sooo disappointed. I spent about $155 and it hasn’t been a week and my nails are lifting. Lady didn’t file around my cuticles. This was such a waste of money and to add eye lashes came off the same day.

Ashley Hunter On 1/26/19, I went in for a pedicure, SNS, and eye brow wax Pros: The service is amazing. Everyone was friendly and trying their best. Cons: The SNS is terrible. I get SNS on the regular and it can last me for 3 weeks. 1 hour after it was done, my thumb cracked straight across the nail. There was no accident with my nail and I didnt even notice until I was showing my friend the color and she pointed out the crack. I was upset but just brushed it off as I live an hour away from the salon. Today, the corners of 2 of my nails chipped and took my real nails with it. I also have lifting at the cuticle on multiple nails. After paying full price for professional service. I am highly upset. Definitely will never return. Linh did my nails.

Melissa Ross I came in after 5 on a Tuesday, they close at 6 but were very welcoming. Since it was close to closing I just got the basic pedicure, it we good. When she was painting my nails I noticed the color I picked out wasnt to my liking. They were great about having me pick a new color and got it changed with no issues.
