When I tried to contact him over phone & email he didnt responded after multiple reminders sent over a period of 20+ days. Once I escalated the issue he calls me back and shouts over me. When I ask whats the purpose of his call he says, he is calling me to teach a lesson. Highly unprofessional & rude behavior displayed by the agent. In spite of multiple reminders hasnt paid back my pending premium refund. Will never buy any policy from AmFam
