Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist was friendly, and check-out was a breeze. During checkout, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with pricing. Paul Ellis-Graham I needed a tooth pulled after my local dentist told me that the condition of my tooth prevented him from installing a crown. He referred me to Chatham Oral Maxillofacial to remove the tooth. Both the staff and Dr. Wilson were terrific!!! They performed the procedure on the same day as the consult, taking me in knowing that I had to travel early next week. The procedure went very well and I was out in just a little while. Candace Montano Southern Dental Center Savannah is quite the drive for me, but it is so worth it. Like many, going to the dentist gives me anxiety. The moment I enter their clean quaint office, I am greeted with Ms. Jackie’s beautiful smile and sincere welcome. Kay is my dental hygienist and she relieves my anxiety with pleasant conversations and is sensitive to my needs. She is incredibly smart and takes time to educate me and answer all questions. Dr. Cupp is very friendly and also takes time to educate and answer questions. He is supportive without making you feel judged. I find their pricing to be reasonable. If you need a dentist, look no further.

Ella (3yrs this month) got to go a couple weeks ago with her Dad & I to our first hygiene appts here, and she got to make friends with the staff. She was nervous about going for her own cleaning--but the sweet, caring souls of the whole Savannah Dental family put her right at ease & totally made her feel at home. Mrs. Anna, her Hygienist, is amazing--she was so good to us!! She showed & explained everything to Ella. Ella absolutely adored her. She was able to get images of Ellas teeth so we can track her growth and oral health. Dr. Sweeny evaluated Ellas development and is addressing some airway development concerns. We are so happy she will be monitoring Ella on a myofunctional pre-ortho system. Ella enjoyed her visit so much--she has already asked when well be going back. Nicholas Matson Rosenthal Dental is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Rosenthal is professional, listens to what your issues are and solves them in a proper and patient centered way. The staff at Dr. Rosenthal make the experience second to none! Gina at the front desk always is kind and responsive to calls and scheduling needs. Erica does a fantastic job as a dental hygienist. Tyler and Dina helped me so much as I went through Clear Comfort retainers to straighten my teeth. This place is amazing. Its weird to say but honestly the people here are so great I kind of look forward to coming in.

Everyone- front desk, hygienist, assistants, and the doctor- were all extremely nice and welcoming! The place is clean and modern. The process was smoothly run - hand-offs between staff was done efficiently. Mood was always cheery and up-beat. Unfortunately we will both have to go back for more work on our teeth (argh...!) but at least we know that we will be taken care of by a great team! Would highly recommend them!

Maddy Gough Don’t go to this office. I went in for a consultation about wisdom teeth removal. Hygienist Sonia was nothing but rude from the start. Was presented a document with an approximation of what my insurance would cover and the things that will be done at the visit by the hygienist. I declined one of the services and asked questions to clarify what the cost of the appointment would be or if it was covered by insurance. The hygienist was nothing but rude the entire time, despite me doing anything to cause her foul attitude. She claimed she was not from billing and couldn’t answer anything. I stood up with the documents and walked to the front desk as she was yelling at me that I was not allowed to do so. I went to the desk and Mark was very nice trying to help me. I asked to see a different Hygienist as I hear her talking poorly about me throughout the office. She came back to the front with a referral slip to see someone about my wisdom teeth, told Mark to cancel my appointment. I told her she was incredibly rude and denied the referral. I can not believe this happened at a professional office. If you do go request to not see Sonia.

Mary Moore I had an appointment scheduled for months. A few days prior to the appointment I got a call asking if I could come in an hour later than scheduled. I let them know I had to go to work directly after the appointment, so I couldn’t push it back on that day, but I would be happy to schedule for another day. The lady said no that they would still see me at my original time and that it was only a preference that I come in later, not that they couldn’t see me at that time at all. I arrived to my appointment 15 min early as always. I sat and waited over an hour. 45 min after my appointment time I asked what was happening. The receptionist told me “well we called and asked you to come in later.” The receptionist was polite and we had a polite conservation (which I so appreciate), but what?! I let them know on the phone that I would be more than happy to reschedule to a different day if I couldn’t be seen at my time but was told that it was okay and we would keep the original time. At this point I offered to reschedule again as I didn’t want to be late to work. They said that they would see me in just a minute. I was taken back by the hygienist shortly afterwards. She let me know she would work quick “since I was in a rush.” If it weren’t for the office putting me in that situation, then she wouldn’t have felt the need to rush. I don’t like being rushed because I don’t know if it effects the quality of the work. I was also told I needed x-rays, which I was fine with. After finishing the appointment I was told I wouldn’t be seen by a provider at all and that nobody would be looking at the x-rays. What is the point of even taking x-rays and billing me and my insurance if a provider didn’t even look at them? Makes no sense. Overall, bad experience.

They were so personable and really helped me feel at ease and talked me through everything! Never made me feel like I was walking in the dark!

Quintessa Fishburne Today was my new patient appointment. The entire staff was exceptional. Even when mishaps occurred (printer errors, appointment mixups, etc.), everyone was still kind, respectful, and professional toward one another and the customers. Dr. Smith is the sweetest. He addressed every concern and explained his insight and referrals so plainly. The dental assistant (I believe that’s her role, but she took all my teeth X-ray’s) made me feel very comfortable and very well taken care of. The lady up front did a great job explaining my treatment plan, dental insurance, out of pocket cost, and everything in between. She assured me they would get my work done at my earliest convenience and do all of what they can in a single appointment. I feel hopeful and grateful to finally be getting back to a healthy mouth. As my hygienist said, “Your teeth are sick. Let’s get them better.” I’m ready.

Rutledge Coleman Jr. DMD is a downright brilliant delight! and his staff are a true comfort , Before during and after the process. The bedside manner here, is nothing short of magical & makes all the difference. And the next day it was like it never happened..zero pain at all. Five stars and two thumbs up. Dont neglect your gums.

Ronil Idias 1 star is too good for this associates. Waited 3 months for my appointment and appointment is cancelled. I understand I was late but I notified them ahead of time plus they are the who rescheduled it. front desk lady is horrible and dont have customer service nor sympathy for the customer. She dont even know what she is doing, they need competent people at the front desk!

Donna Smith 2nd time here, customer service excellent, waiting time after signing in was short and sweet, only complaint I had was, our 1st visit in the bay area the parents were allowed to be with there kids, this time, my 10 y/o is having a procedure and Im not allowed to be with him, the tech told me only private rooms allow parents in the back. Not sure if they changed their procedures, I wasnt the only one left in the waiting area, its comforting to the children when the parents are present. Questions can be asked as well. Otherwise instructions, requests, F/Us, etc. was professional and timely.

Destiny Bates We have been patients for almost 8 years between both my kids. My youngest has always had a lot of anxiety and fear with the dentist and the staff and doctors have ALWAYS been so patient and kind with her to make her more comfortable. We willingly make the hour commute each way just to see this staff. Shout out to Dr. Byron, Kindol, and Trish for always loving our girls and giving the best care. We appreciate everyone at Dentistry for Children!

Carol Shuman Not good. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes re: paperwork, then got into dental chair, another wait, about 20 minutes—then—the dentist came in to me, but left and went into another office for an hour, leaving me alone in the chair !!! When she returned she told me that she was talking with the manager, at the manager’s request. Totally unprofessional of the manager and I’m sure very discomforting for the dentist, who was quite nice. (I hope she relocated to another practice because I think she may have been quite good). No procedure because procedure not done in their office. …partial tooth loss..later mi I was able to get into my regular dentist and—without the surgical referral recommended—he fixed the problem in his usual professional way. It really was sad, managerial, not the dentist who was quite nice, as I said, and I trusted her care, if she had been able to give it to me! No nitrous, so if you’re uncomfortable in the dental chair like I am, it’s not offered there. Again, not good at all.

Katie Shimer Love this dentist. Quick and to the point and everyone is friendly. We moved here from Chicago where they dont even offer teeth cleaning anymore, instead they diagnose you with needing a "deep cleaning" that insurance doesnt pay for. Going to the dentist is simple and easy again and these folks are excellent with kids.

Anthony Gadsby Ive been going to this dentist which has multiple locations locally for over 10 years and never had any problems what few problems I may have had theyve been very attentive and accomplished Reckoning these issues with me quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants a Brighter Smile LOL the staff is always friendly and courteous and professional, and more importantly they do have a couple of offices locally that take VA benefits this is really nice and helps veterans. Definitely one of the better dentist and dental families in the area to include Chatham County in the surrounding areas.

Kristin Front desk staff is always very friendly, helpful, and organized. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy. Hygienist Sandy is great! Really nice and very knowledgeable -- she works quickly and explains everything along the way. Lots of good oral care advice. Never have to wait when I arrive for an appointment, and sometimes theyll even take you early if youre available. Dr. Jason is nice and easy to talk to, he explains everything very clearly and answers all your questions. I know dentist appointments arent something most people look forward to, but these folks are gentle and they take the time and effort to make sure youre comfortable and relaxed, which I certainly appreciate.

kelvin baltimore I am pleased with each dentist visit whenever I am schedule for a cleaning, as confirmation is given if something needs attention or not. But everyone has different opinions on who they see, as I never had to second guess my decision about Miller Dental Group. My overall grade about this clinic is an A plus, followed by three bold stars behind it. Morgan was who me and my mother seen today, and she was excellent overall.

Cynthia Burnside Somehow I managed to break a tooth late Thursday night. The pain was unbearable. Luckily my son was able to schedule an appointment for me on Friday. They were able to get the pain to ease with antibiotics and a mild pain reliever. Today, Monday I was back in their office. They pulled the bad tooth out without much pain. I am very thankful they were available to take care of my dental problems so quickly. The dental hygienist and the dentist were excellent. From a person that dreds dental procedures, this wasnt bad at all. Thank you!
