Jin Takaya 2nd and last Im going to go here, everytime I go they always bring up a problem Im not there for and I told them once my doctor back from maturity leave she will deal with it, but they keep pressing. Plus with most problems they just throw antibiotics and ibuprofen added it and I get charged $100 dollar for it not included the meds. The first "doctor" I meet saw I was in pain and told me to "calm down" after she ask me to try move the part that i hurts and I did, I grunted loud a little. That not the first thing you should tell someone after they do what you ask. Like Im sorry I can be happy and enjoy while I move the part of me I dont want too.

Malana Muse Very disappointed tonight. Me and my two boys went in and all my meds were not called in to cvs. The most important for my asthma. My son has strep so they are treating both as strep but she only called in one of their medicines. How are they both suppose to get better if one didnt get medicine?

D M Ive had weird experiences everywhere in Harbin, but this Immediate Care is outstanding. I love the front desk. They are so helpful with my son who HATES doctors. I am convinced they have helped him overcome his fear.

Footage Hill Great experience again today. The check-in online is quick and easy. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Recently Ive seen NPs Sangduan Barnes and Mandy Allen. Both have been great listening to my concerns and issues. LPN Lorianne Lopez has also been great and today did an amazing blood draw on me. Barely felt it and with having rolling veins thats typically not the case.

Nikki Cooper The service was fast and friendly. The Check in was simple and easy. I felt terrible so I appreciated this very much. The staff was nice and attentive. Doctor Wood listened to my concerns and addressed me as a individual. It is nice to be diagnosed based on your personal symptoms and not get grouped with eveyone that was seen before you with similar symptoms. Things get missed when that happens and I am thankful that she took the time to listen and thoroughly examine me. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service and for all the you do. M Edwards I had a great experience with Sandy, NP at Piedmont Urgentcare. She was incredibly thorough kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns for my child. I never felt rushed and she explained everything clearly which made me feel confident and well cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patience. I highly recommend this clinic!

Gracie Everett As most I was dreading this appointment. I wasn’t greeted with a warm smile or greeting so almost wanted to say never mind. But then I was called back and greeted with warmth and a smile by Dr Dean’s nurse. I was a new patient so not sure what to expect. Dr Marc Dean comes in and this visit became one of the most pleasant appointments I remember having. The entire visit only took an hour. I highly recommend Dr Dean if you are needing an OB/GYN!

Logan Meeks You could not pay me to return here sense Harbin took over. I have had 2 children via emergency c-section. I knew I wanted an all natural birth with my third because I want a large family and the more c-sections you the higher risk you are for complications. Everyone assured me that what is now Harbin (then Norton) was the place to go. My first several appointments I saw an incredible midwife named Mallory(no longer works there). I LOVED her she was caring and kind. At 30 weeks I had to start seeing Dr. Jarvis he is the entire reason for my 1 star review. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. He MANSPLAINED to me that I had to have another c-section that 3 kids was enough. I was putting on weight quickly which was unusual because I have hyperthyroidism and he told me to eat less even though I told him I was calorie counting and only eating 1500 a day. Every one of my concerns he had a smartmouth remark for. He didn’t seem to care about my feelings or my plans for a large family. I told him statistics for VBA2C he told me I was wrong. He told me I would hemorrhage while trying to give birth and that even if I went into labor on my own I’d have to have a emergency c-section. He was telling me information that is outdated and plain out wrong. The misinformation is one problem in its own but I can deal with that, it was how rude he was to me acting as if I was a incompetent piece of trash. I immediately switched to Carrollton OBGYN and went to doctor Nelson there. I LOVE him, I had my all natural birth with zero complications.

Darcy M Mallory Osborne was amazing! She too her time and explained everything in a easy to understand way! Will be using this office for all my Ob-Gyn needs. Tab the nurse there was also very helpful with a difficult situation I was going through and helped me even though my appointment was a couple weeks away. Appreciate these two and all the staff!

Miranda Miranda This staff is awesome! I am definitely going back. They explained everything thoroughly and the best part was getting a tour of the whole clinic before I met the rest of the staff. That by far made customer service and A+ with me. The charges were explained thoroughly and everyone was excellent. I cannot wait to get everything started.

The doctor was very confident and knowledgeable, we both felt comfortable and safe after he explained the procedure to us that my son needed! We scheduled his wisdom teeth removal for tomorrow! Sam was called back for the procedure and returned to me, (I was waiting) in the car . The entire time he was gone was 48 minutes. He said everything went great ,he experienced no.pain and today the 21st. He is already at work. Still some soreness ,but nothing like the pain he was in before the surgery ! Please dont mistake this place for them the names are very similar. I had amazing experience with Childrens Dental Centers! My child loved this place. The people were so nice. They took me back for a tour and told me everything they were going to do. After they were done they called me back and went over everything with me. Very professional! Please dont mistake this place with Childrens Dentistry of Rome (with the little red door) I would definitely recommend this place! 5 out of 5

Abigail Olsen We have had a good experience at this Childrens Dental Center in Rome. After struggling for a long time to find a good pediatric dentist that will take our insurance, it is a relief to have found this office. The dental assistants and dentists have been very kind. I appreciate that they explain everything to my children and let them touch instruments before using them. I was able to go back with my son when I requested that when scheduling the appointment. With multiple children, I have been told I need another adult to stay with the others in the waiting room if I am going to go back since they dont allow siblings back in the private procedure room. That detail is inconvenient, but I am happy to make arrangements so that I can be with my child.

James Andrews The first few visits were good. The very first visit I was took back with my child and was told I could go back with him but in all actuality I did not want to the next time I was told I could not go back. That was fine. I do not like this Confirming appointment rule because I didnt always get a text or a call from them and when I make an appointment I go to my appointments but they like to tell you your appointment got canceled after you drive and I live in Cedartown because of not confirming. This particular dentist decided to call me 8:00 before my childrens appointment at 11:00 to tell me they had people out and I would have to reschedule because I did not confirm after proving to them that I never got a text or a call before that day they said I did but after I prove them wrong they would not apologize and the office manager told me she didnt have to talk to me and hung up on me. Most of these places take Medicaid and they treat you like trash I have Medicaid for a reason not because we dont have money but I wont say why but you still shouldnt be treated like trash and be told 3 hours before your appointment is canceled because of their negligence and then be made to look like it was yours. I would never go back to this place. Dr Padilla is the nicest guy I ever met but his employees are rude.

kelsie madison I love this dentist office! It’s super clean. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and explains dental health to you. They do a very thorough job when cleaning your teeth. All of the hygienists do a great job. Dr. Parmiter does a great job. He explains everything to you with X-rays and everything. He once filled a cavity in between my 2 front teeth, he filled it from the back so you can’t see any evidence of a filling. 10/10 would recommend!!

Lauren Estes Between my children, our family has been coming here for over 5 years now. We all loved Dr Bennett. He enjoyed his job, enjoyed the patients (most being children), loved the parents, and my kids literally looked forward to going to the orthodontist. He always included the kids, the parents in all of his updates to make sure we’re all in the same page. We went in a few months ago to find out that Dr Bennett is gone, with zero explanation. We decided to just lean in to the fact that there’s a new Doctor and some reason they can’t share why. My children looked forward to meeting the new Dr. We’ve been extremely disappointed since things have changed. What used to be fun, decently quick visits are now awkward, long visits, filled with a tense office. The only thing the doctor said to any of my kids at the last visit was that he needed my daughter to be more still- no “hi”, no smile, no update for me as the parent. After a few visits, my 13 year old asked if she could not come back there- that he seemed to be angry at everyone. We’re finishing out here because they’re almost done (and honestly the rest of the staff is so kind and helpful). We’ll give it time and maybe it’ll get better… he may just need some adjustment time to get in the swing of things. Hoping it’s not, but if this is the new normal, we’ll head to a different orthodontist for my younger kids

Megan Mitchell Someone needs to bring Dr. Bennett back. Ever since he has been gone everything has went down hill. The atmosphere isn’t great anymore and everyone looks miserable. My son last appointment we waited over a hour. This week he was supposed to get his braces off. But they canceled his appointment and rescheduled it a month later.

Gwendolyn Carter Excellent practice! I have had 2 different extractions by this provider. My family and myself have received absolutely wonderful care here and we would never go anywhere else ! The provider, as well as all staff members , at every level, are the very best of the best! The nurses and front office personnel are the absolute sweetest ever! They seem to be Christian people, who truly walk that talk, and as a fellow Christian, i greatly appreciate that! They all appear to be very genuine, caring people of the highest morality, as well as extremely skilled and competent. They are indeed some of the most professional and compassionate medical staff ever. From a professional as well as personal.viewpoint. That is indeed saying alot, coming from some one who worked in the medical field for over 30 yrs, as well as on the receiving end myself of over 20 inpatient hospitalizations, 8 major surgeries, with 4-5 specialty providers. I was very pleased that even with just the nitrous yesterday, I felt no fear, anxiety or pain and was cognizant of very little. A few things I was very aware of, however and that was the soft warm blanket and someone seeming to be holding my hand. Whether that truly was a staff member or my guardian angel, either way, she was a true Angel and words will never express how comforting this was. (Especially to this big dental phob baby!) Unfortunately. I have encountered some unskilled, uncaring providers in my past that left me with that anxiety. I had very little post op bleeding or swelling and so far very manageable pain with just my regular meds. The Dr himself, personally, not a nurse called me by the end of the day to check on my welfare. Ive rarely seen such with any other procider. Again, from the bottom of my heart , Thank you for such Stellar care ! I highly recommend Dr. B and his team!

May Dixie Went to have a tooth pulled. I just have to say, they are amazing! Super kind and friendly. They ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. From the xrays to the final pull. Spoke to me with such kindness. I totally recommend them! Dr. Beninato even called and checked on me later that day.

Tracy Hedrick This was the absolute BEST dental experience I have ever had in my life! The care and love I was shown amazed me. Most people do not enjoy going to the dentist, regardless of the procedure they need done. Some people even have phobias in regards to going to the dentist. So, that makes me even more impressed with Mr. Beninato and his team. They did everything they could to ensure that I was comfortable and super relaxed, making the procedure I needed SO much more tolerable. So, I am proud to say that I found a new dentist here and will continue to allow this team of awesome people to take care of ALL of my dental needs!!!!
