A Zee I stopped this morning and Sherry was the kindest and profession guest associate. She gave me impeccable service and was very helpful regarding my needs. I really appreciate Sherry and Pilot #5447, I stop often. I highly recommend Sherry and this Pilot Store.

Kristina Bailey Bathrooms were clean and they offer lots of different things that u might need going on a trip. My husband is a truck driver and Ive been riding with him for the past couple of months and I have no problem at all here. I like it!

Demond Presley 8/21Store looks great overall, men’s restroom needs a touch up, literally only one stale has tissue. No paper towels. But other than that store looks good. Store was clean and stocked. Nice set up!

Paul Connelly Clean facility, and friendly gal working in the store. Wife and I stopped at this location to eat at Iron Skillet. 2 tables with guests when we arrived. Both were already eating, so we thought the service would be good and fast. The good service stopped immediately after our beverage order was taken. From that point, we ordered our food and waited nearly an hour for food to come to the table. My drink glass sat empty for 40 minutes before server asked if I would like a refill. 3 people working the floor and 2 working the kitchen and no other tables with guests and all we hear is casual talk between them. Just as Iron Skillet has scheduled times for their employees to work, we truckers have scheduled times we need to be at a specific location. We should not have to rush eating our meal to make up for your inability to serve it in a timely manner. We pay hard earned money for a meal and want to enjoy it. There is not a single item on the menu that would require almost an hour to serve. Perhaps this is the reason so many Iron Skillet and Country Prides are closing doors.

Robinson Express Driver amenities are plenty but not always functioning. Barber, cinema, lounge, arcade, massage chairs, rocking chairs, table with chairs, ATM, convenience store and Iron Skillet. Good sized parking lot is well laid out and well-lit. Handful of paid parking. Diesel is generally cheaper compared to across the street. Fuel stop building has better food than Iron Skillet.

Nick I went in to get a shower no hot water! That was the last straw not ever getting 500 dollars worth of fuel twice a week at petro or ta. Loves only.

Gurlal Toor Spacious, i think never get filled fully. Not many food options. Showers work well easy in and out. Got here around 2 AM. Tonnes of parking spots were still empty

Bruce K. Coffee in, coffee out. I stopped in this morning and visited the restroom. It was clean enough at 6:30am. The pump area is well lit, but some of the parking lot is not. Be aware of your surroundings here. Easy access with my RV and I was back on the highway swiftly.

Camila Vionnet I cant thank the whole staff here enough. I dont live in Hartwell, I was there this week for work and yesterday I got a sudden pain in one of my wisdom teeth that just kept getting worse and worse. I had to travel back today and I was worried it would get really bad. I walked into Smith Dental hoping they could at least see me, receptionists were really nice and they accommodated me right away for an urgency appointment, I was seen just 20 minutes after I arrived. In less than 2 hours I was out of there, they did X-rays and determined to extract my tooth. I was a bit nervous since it was the first time I had a tooth extracted but both the dentist and hygienist were incredible. Im here 24 hours later, followed instructions and medications as prescribed, with no swelling and no pain, and no issues on my trip back home, best dental experience ever. Thank you!!

Parker Dixon Brittany and the team went far above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I could also observe excellent training structures. Dr. Verdell extracted 2 broken wisdom teeth for me today quickly and effectively. Didnt even gag and I have a BAD reflex. Best team for the job, Id say. They were ALL so very helpful and Im appreciative of that whole experience going as good as it did.

Beauti FAHT I had a great first experience here. The staff are all kind and made me feel welcome and cared for. Some of the reviews talk about bad wait times but honestly the wait isnt much different than any other physicians office. My services did call for a wait as I needed to be numbed so I was patient. Briana has the most gentle hands for doing a tooth cleaning I have ever experienced. Brittany was great at explaining things out to me, and Dr. Verdell did an excellent job with my fillings. There was no pain during or after and no grind feeling. The office itself definitely needs some care. The owners should invest in building more. It needs to match the service it provides. From the looks of it you wouldnt expect such good service and it takes away from the experience. But I appreciate the service and recommend new patients.

Velvet Walker Took my dad here as a new patient. He had a bad tooth with infection. They scheduled him an appointment right away. They were prompt and very kind and helpful and did a great job. Very reasonable priced. Very satisfied!!!

Nikia Carter Ferdos Family Dental is simply amazing! I live out of state, and had to schedule an appointment for my mother who lives in Georgia. Not only was the staff accommodating of my circumstances, but they went above and beyond with my mother. The staff treated her with kindness and reassured her during the entire visit and kept me informed post visit. If you live if Demorest or the surrounding area and you need a family dentist, please consider Ferdos. You will not be disappointed!

Beth Martin My husband was seen in the Emergency Dept and admitted to Med Surg on Easter weekend . We had a very positive experience - Jodi our ED nurse was very professional and helpful, the lab personnel did a great job in obtaining specimens as my husband is a very hard stick and the turn around time for results were amazing. The Med Surg staff : Lindsay, Atom, Alex , Stephanie(charge nurse) Marsha and Petra , (house supervisors) Ashtin, and Felicia all were wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hospital was very clean as usual. The Nurse Practitioner Christy was very pleasant and thorough in her explanations and care. Thank you all !

Debbie Cagwin Suzie Floyd was my RN while at St Mary’s for my knee replacement surgery. Amazing is all I can say! She and all of the other nurses were outstanding while caring for me. The entire staff took wonderful care from the moment I walked in, went through prep, during surgery, woke up, did my walking “test”, my stair climbing “test”, and finally leaving the hospital. EVERYONE was so helpful and caring throughout my entire day! Thank you all!!!

Kristin Burleigh I had a total abdominal hysterectomy by Dr. White at Saint Marys on Monday. They took the absolute best care of me! Jessica, Kari-Ann, Candace, Shelley, and others I cant remember their names, Im sorry. But THANK YOU! My stay was perfect, I was taken care of by people that love their job and it shows! ❤️ I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that needs care!

Rachel Holbert Jones My coworker and I have visited this store many times over the last 3 mos as we pass through the area on our way to/from work. And to be clear I dont have a problem with the staff or the store. The store generally has what I need. It is clean. The staff is helpful. The restroom is clean. My problem which they may be unaware of is someone skimmed/cloned my credit card and my coworkers EBT card. We know it was at this store bc this is the only store we used our cards. They stole nearly $1000 from my coworker, a couple hundred from my credit card. EBT doesnt do refunds and apparently these lowlife thieves dont care. My coworker is out of luck and having to get help from family/friends/coworkers to pay for her and her childrens meals. Without ebt her kids wouldnt eat. This is unacceptable from a business. This is a warning to anyone shopping at this store or other businesses in the Carnesville area, beware, not only was her card number stolen but the pin too. BEWARE: YOU MIGHT WANT TO USE CASH. WHO KNOWS IF THE ATMS ARE SAFE. You might want to get your cash directly from a teller.

Chiquita Gonzalez This is the second time I have been verbally assaulted and this time I was even kicked out of the store, just because they didnt want to do their job. They are never in front of the store serving customers, they have to look for them all over the store, and if you use the cash registers to check prices they get very angry. Why do they work in front of the customer if they dont know how to serve them well? I just told him that he needs to be nicer to customers. He got upset, spoke to me in a loud voice with a bad attitude and kicked me out of the place.

MURICA! We’ve been going to Dr. Lee’s office for about two years. The dental hygienists are top notch! They clean very thoroughly but without leaving your mouth feeling like it’s been scraped to the bone. This office is very busy after 4pm, so we’ve found that earlier appointments have little to no wait time. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Lee comes in for a minute or two, does the quick exam, and then bids you adieu. We’ve had no issues at all with our Delta Dental Insurance. Out of pocket fillings for our daughter ranges from $75-98. Easy parking, large bathroom, comfortable waiting area. We even got our first Gideon Bible there and that has been a blessing ever since.

Anissa McIntosh I’ve been going to Dr. Lee since I was 7. I am now. 31. He is truly a wonderful dentist and has wonderful staff. They feel like family and have always done phenomenal work. I’m very particular about my teeth, but they never let me down. The best in North East Georgia!

Bailey Leonhirth 1,000,000/1,000,000 in regards to this office. The team actually is super friendly not only with taking phone calls, but the service desk too! I was able to work with Terri who did my teeth cleaning- friendly, kind, gentle and effective. I also was able to work with Dr. Rice who is also upbeat, friendly, kind. I was able to have a cleaning as well as a polish and composite added to one of my teeth. It was such a smooth process with the numbing/needle/filing and adding of the composite. This office really is spectacular!

Tom Whiteside This is called a Piggly wiggly Express. I had thought Piggly wiggly was out of business. It was close to my friends house I was staying at. They had everything we needed at reasonable prices. It would have cost us the same amount to drive to another store three or four times further if you factor in the gas money and the time spent. Very clean store had a little bit of everything!

Camp Cats This store has your basic groceries. They also offer ice and propane tank exchange. I overhead the cashier say that theyre working with suppliers to get more organic inventory, which is great. The staff was very nice and cheerful.

Lisa McCleskey I don’t know what has happened here but first impression was the smell of old produce. Most empty shelves in produce and I wouldn’t buy a single thing there. Brown leaves on the 2 heads of cabbage. Old potatoes, etc. The employees looked unhappy. I would be too. If a grocery store smells bad I’m out of there. In a nearby business they were talking about how bad it’s gotten lately. Since Dills burned down their business should be good. Do something fix this owners!

The root canal procedure took several hours, was painless, and easy. Dr. Perry is an excellent dentist. He is very thorough and caring. I’m terribly anxious about the dentist and Dr. Perry went the extra mile to make me comfortable. He also went above and beyond during the procedure. He is the most caring dentist I’ve ever had! He is very professional, takes time to explain what needs to be done, and provides valuable advice. I highly recommend Dr. Perry and his staff to meet all your dental needs. Kasi Jordan Wonderful Vet! I was searching for a vet clinic that was close to us after buying a new home, and came upon these fantastic people. I have never had such a great experience at a vet. Dr. Steele actually came sat with me and gave me all kinds of information about my pup, Sterling. She is highly intelligent and caring. Her staff members were so amazing and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The prices here are so affordable as well. I love this Vet and glad I chose them!

Chuck Vickery Ive been taking my pets to Tugaloo Animal Hospital for ove 15 years. Dr. Steele is one of the most wonderful and caring people I know. To some folks she may sound bossy but I guarantee its because she has such a huge heart for the patients she cares for. I recently rescued a beautiful pup that had been dumped out on the road. She was beautiful, loved my dogs and my cat from the start. Had her first puppy exam and she was happy and healthy. A couple of days later she was not eating and getting weak from what looked like Parvo. Dr. Steele took my call at 11:30 pm and told me what to do. I took her in the next day. She continued to get worse, was on IVs and in pain. Dr. Steele was with her late at night, even on the days the office was closed. She kept me posted all the time and let me come spend time with this little puppy that someone had thrown out and I had come to love. Dr. Steele had been at the office for 12 hours caring for the pets staying there including my little abandoned pup when she called to let me know it was time. She waited and I was there in 5 minutes to say goodbye. Dr. Steele did everything possible to save little Pearl. Shes even come out to my home after hours to help my older dog Lucky let go because it was too painful for him to have to come there. Dr. Steele does these things because she has a heart for her patients. A heart that breaks along with ours when we have to say goodbye. I truly admire and appreciate Dr. April Steele. She may be short and a little bossy, but she is an excellent vet with a heart of gold.

On my first visit I got to meet Dr. Stone and he was so very sweet and polite. I had heard only wonderful things about this place and staff. On my second visit I got to see Scott Upright and Tasha, I hope I got their names correct lol. Also wonderful people. Matthew Cline NP Amy Evans is absolutely awesome, sadly though the new head doctor they have on staff is grossly incompetent and afraid to treat anything other than the sniffles. That or they only want the easy money. Either way, I would have to recommend going elsewhere. Again, both NPs on staff (Evans & Dawkins) are wonderful and intelligent people who do their best to help their patients while unfortunately being handcuffed from doing anything. Until they get a Dr. in that isnt afraid of their own shadow, this place is a waste of time.

Ginni Maxwell I loved my experience with Lighthouse Family Practice when Dr Raber was there. I trusted his expertise and always had a great visit. Since they’ve become a St Mary’s practice, I have tried on 4 different occasions over 2 years to get in for a sick visit. Each time, I’ve been told that they couldn’t get me in for a *SICK VISIT* until the following week. When I asked what I should do to get treated for my illness, they recommended urgent care. It cost me significant time and money to do this rather than go to my established physician. I just had my records transferred to a different practice, and they had me in for a new patient visit to establish care within 2 days. Im so glad that I left.
