Rebecca Ortiz-Calderon I haven’t been to the dentist in over eight years. They were so compassionate and gentle. They explained every procedure they were doing and very encouraging to make sure they were going to take care of me. I felt comfortable for the first time at a dentist office. The examination was thorough And did not suggest a full denture on the bottom they were able to salvage them and get a partial. I would recommend them to anybody moving forward.

Paige Boysen I asked Facebook for opinions and experiences on this place and hardly anyone had good reviews. I decided to take a chance and get care here anyways because I needed to be seen sooner rather than later and it was the only place covered by my insurance that could fit me in so fast. The team was very nice, informative, and I didn’t feel judged at all. No pain for my tooth extraction either which is a plus. They were also very upfront about pricing which I always appreciate.

Peyton and Chris Barber Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Insurance paid out $1800 paid $1800 out-of-pocket but yet now they keep postponing the date to receive my denture been told it could be up to five months out. I would really recommend not going there. Tried speaking with customer service and the office manager to no avail. They just keep changing my appointmen date currently I’m at May 28 for my appointment. Don’t be like me and lose your money and have them holding your money refusing to give a refund.

Kind, patient, and its an all-around enjoyable environment for parent and child. **Update: Several years later, we still use this place and would definitely still recommend. It is definitely the best dentist around for kids with Autism. They even give them sunglasses so the lights dont hurt their eyes!

Klarisa Woodall They are friendly but they don’t always have their stuff together. A member from their office reached out to me this morning saying my son was behind on a checkup and that I needed to come in soon. I made arrangements to leave work early to get there on time and when I arrived I was told that they had my insurance on file. Once it was time to be called they told me that they did not accept my insurance but I could pay cash. Completely unprofessional and wasted my afternoon.

RV RAILFAN VIDEOS My wife and I recently had an annual exam and cleaning here. This was the first time we’ve used Exceptional Dentistry and we will be returning patients. The staff was excellent. The woman at the front counter was great. Julie the dental hygienist was very professional and friendly. Dr. Lancaster and his assistant were excellent. They took their time and were very thorough. As a person that really hates going to the dentist, this whole experience was great. I highly recommend this dental office!

Gail Carter I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Capes and his staff. I have had 4 implants done and each time have had no problems. When you follow the printed directions he gives you (both before and after surgery) you have zero problems. I also like the personal attention he gives you by calling HIMSELF to check on you the night of surgery. He and his staff are very pleasant, caring, and professional!!

Friendly checkin / appointment front office with timely reminders sent over text of your appointment which I like . Dr Hopkins is very personable yet very professional. Just a relaxed good dental experience all around .

Tabitha and Tiffany are so kind and courteous always interested in how you are and how youve been, and Rebecca always has a smile for you on the way out. Shirley Walker The teeth are very cheap made. Not worth the money. My dad told them he didn’t want the teeth then they’re going to charge him almost 200.00 for material fee. We will not be back at this place and would advise everyone else not to go there either.This is the cheapest made dentures I’ve ever seen. They’re supposed to fit good and they don’t very floppy and not worth the money. They told him yesterday when the real set was made they would fit better.That was not true they was so loose the glue wouldn’t even hold them in.

Kevin Ford So far so good. I went for my second visit today. The doctor extracted 10 or 11 teeth and fitted me with a really good looking temporary denture. I cant say I enjoyed the extractions but it really wasnt all that bad either. The doctor was awesome, and so was the assistant. Even the receptionist was great. I definitely recommended Affordable Dentures.

Kateka Preston Very unprofessional, they do not know how to file insurance claims they want out-of-pocket money when you have insurance to cover it. Front desk reception very unprofessional does not know how to do her job on top of that. I was standing at the front talking to her trying to get understanding She turned from me at the nonchalant went to help the white lady act if I wasn’t even standing there very unprofessional was quick to cancel my appointment because she don’t know how to do her job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody from the way that I was treated. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable going to sit in their seat and allow them to do any dental work on my From my opinion I saw they treated white people better than Black people that didn’t say well I called to make a complaint come to find out they don’t even have a corporate office they say.

Even though they are out of network for my insurance their care and concern is more important than the network issue and I plan on continuing to go there for my dental services.

I’ve had past anxiety going to the dentist and she explained everything step by step and made me feel at ease. I have a small mouth, it makes it difficult for X-Rays. Mike Pope Dr. Mattox did a fantastic job pulling my cracked tooth and placing an implant. It was quick, easy and basically painless. Barely even felt the initial numbing injection! Biting down on something solid with that cracked tooth hurt far worse than any part of the extraction. Great facility with easy access, state of the art equipment, and very friendly staff. Combine that with such a competent, personable doctor - what more could you ask for? Well, maybe you could ask to NOT NEED their services, but if you are reading this, I suppose the chances are pretty good that you DO - so book with Innova - youll have no regrets!

andy owens Am close to finishing up a yr+ with Invisalign. Dental monitoring allowed virtually the entire process to “work” without any office visit…in fact, from out of State. A weekly video phone scan was reviewed and direction provided to move ahead to the next aligner in Dr Weaver’s Invisalign plan. A “monitoring mentor,” who I can call a friend, was available by text or phone to guide, encourage, and answer any questions that arose. The few visits in the office have been great with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient team supporting and surrounding Dr Weaver. Highly recommend…with the right attitude!
