Lindsey Bryant I absolutely LOVE Leah and the way she does my hair. I’ve been going to her for almost 6 years and have never had anything less than a flawless blonde. She always gives me exactly what I want, even though I’m never really good at explaining it! Her keratin treatments are great as well. Her prices are very reasonable, she’s very accommodating with appointments (Even through a crazy grad school schedule she always fit me in) and she’s the absolute sweetest person.

Ashley DeLoach Ive been going to Leah for about three years now. She is so sweet and charming as well as a professional and knowledgeable hair stylist. She always makes my hair look the best. The salon itself is always clean and inviting. Would highly recommend.

Brittney T This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was very tough for me to find a place that would pierce my 7 month old baby girls ears. Your baby does have to be at least 6 months old for ear piercing here, which is reasonable. I am so grateful I had this experience here. From scheduling the appointment to choosing the jewelry and the piercing itself, Lanier did everything she could to make me feel welcomed and cared for. She took her time to make sure I was happy and that my baby girl was comfortable. Lanier also was very knowledgeable about the products as well whoch helped me make the right decisions for my baby. And its a plus that the place is very classy! Thank you Lanier for everything! I’m loving my baby girls new look!

Vicki Bohe-Thackwell Mandie is simply the best. She loves what she does and it shows. I am a hair person. I have had my hair cut from some of the most highly ranked salons in San Francisco, Colorado and Florida. If I ever move back to Colorado, all I can say is that its going to be a very, very long drive to get my hair done! Empathetic, professional and an artist with hair....that is Mandie.

John Underwood So in the beginning of September my 13 year old daughter got her hair done by a stylist name Kat. She was thrilled when Kat was done. So yesterday I asked for Kat to do my hair. Best hair cut I’ve had in years! Today I took my twin girls in for them to get theirs done. Again we asked for Kat & again she didn’t disappoint us. She is extremely kind, friendly & professional. The twins haven’t stopped with how happy they are with their hair. I highly recommend Kat for your next haircut or style. Definitely will not be disappointed.

James Gabriel Normally, Im kind of stingy with that 5th Star. The people at this location are each and collectively exceptional, though. A good friend has been my stylist for a long time, he turned out to be too fabulous for Athens (yet perfect for Saint Louis). In 5 months, Ive had 5 different stylists cut my hair at this Watkinsville location. Each experience was way beyond what I expected. I think this team of people just understand how to communicate and make clients feel comfortable. Its also quite nice that even with inflation, the price of a haircut leaves room to leave a good tip without hurting the hip pocket. Excellent staff at this location. Sometimes, a "Sixth Star" could save a whole paragraph or two. ** caveat emptor: Attitude Is Everything. Being in a good mood and treating people respectfully goes a long way, both ways.

Lauren McCalla What a cute place! I felt so relaxed while getting my eyebrows done. From the room, to the bed, to the scent in the room, it was just a very relaxing and comfortable experience! Natalia was so amazing and so sweet! She knows what she’s doing! This is the first time in my life where I actually feel like I have eyebrows! She did a wax and tint and they look so amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

Rachel Florence Natalia did a really great job on my brow lamination and waxing. It was my first time getting lamination done, and I’m glad I went to her. She uses wax for sensitive skin and was very thorough with the lamination.

Carrie Williams If I could give zero to leave a review I would. After having gone about my day the amazing cut I thought I got turned out to be null... I showered ans straightened to see how sleek this cut is flat..... what I have are blunt lines, not those beautiful blended layers. No matter how much I try and make it look good it just doesnt and I will not be going back for future services. Mom recommended and loves, daughter disappointed.... going to find someone to fix this, asap I rock a hat but damn man.

Misty Hunter Stopped to see a friend loading up at the storage building and actually said Im going to walk over and see if they color hair when a woman walked out and actually told me I couldnt be parked there cause Im blocking her business! I was so shocked I didnt say a word! There was literally no customer. Needless to say I didnt go in there to ask about getting my hair colored! Ill keep using another place every 6 weeks for my colors! YOUR LOSS FOR BEING RUDE!

Samantha Hueso I was referred to her by a friend and she was everything that was promised!!! Shadida took the time to understand what I was looking for(and even help me decide what it is I wanted). She was so patient with me and never once complained, not even at halfway through when I decided I wanted it shorter. I never felt rushed as I have in the past at other salons. I honestly cant give enough praise for her!!!

I love God and Truth, Jamie and her products are a direct reflection of both. I say this boldly from my own experience and from many of the conversations and testimonials that many of her clients have shared with me. She is so determined and honest. She admits up front that the basic formulas of her many products may not give the same results for everyone,which is honest,upfront and Common Sense. However, as rare as that situation is, its not an obstacle to her. She works directly with each person, tweaking her formula until she gets the results her clients want. I apologize to Jamie for not sharing, more than I, the gifts God has given her.

Lola Tucker As someone who has experienced everything that Jamie has to offer, I can confidently say that there is not one service that you would leave feeling unsatisfied with. My personal favorite is her Osmosis facial, which leaves my skin hydrated and rejuvenated for weeks after my service. My skin has fully transformed since she prescribed me a personalized Osmosis at-home-skincare-regiment. Her extensive knowledge in her profession ensures that your skin gets exactly what it needs (speaking from experience). I also love to pair dry brushing with all of my facials, as it leaves my skin feeling the softest I’ve ever known possible (and I exfoliate twice weekly). I can not stress enough how essential a monthly appointment with Jamie is!

Emilie This place is beautiful and quaint. There are a few stations where different stylists work, and the entire salon is set up with really pretty decorations without being over-the-top. It smells good in there, but not overpowering A few years ago, I went in with my sister-in-law, who was getting a major chop done. They put us both at ease and did an AMAZING job on her hair. I later moved to the area and started going, as well. I see Jayde, who feels more like a friend at this point than a stylist. She does super well with my hair, and is probably the most personable stylist Ive ever had. Shes great, I love her, and I recommend her to anyone who has hair.

Victoria Lesperance My first time to Main Street Salon was recently. A good friend who’s like family recommended Paulette for my highlights and trim. My first haircut since December 2019! Since the person that recommended to me trusts Paulette, I decided it was worth trying. It looks much nicer inside than outside. So far I am loving my highlights. My hair needed a good trim, so I let her take several inches off the back. I hope to return.

adeline alewine elyse is amazing!! she’s extremely kind, and welcoming. i didn’t have a good base picture but within minutes she was able to find exactly what i was picturing. this is the best cut/styling i’ve ever had and definitely the quickest too! i honestly couldn’t see myself getting my hair done anywhere but hush hush now. thank you so much!

Melanie Waddell Elyse was fantastic! I needed a cut and something to add vibrancy to my hair. I love my haircut, and Elyse was very patient in walking me through the cut, her suggestions for styling, and a bunch of questions that I had about hair care in general. Absolutely recommend, and Ill be back for my next cut! I also visited Elyse before when she was at a different salon. I liked the location and vibe of the Hush-Hush Hair Shop much better. Its very cute, and worth the 10 min drive outside Athens.
