Michael Meyers Made an appointment for my wife. Confirmed the appointment day of arrived for appointment waited 30 minutes and seemed as if the owner Andrea did not want new clients. When we arrived she was sitting talking to a lady with color on her hair then they went back rinsed her and she washed it then came back and was cutting it at that point we left wasn’t going to sit another 30 minutes. Never have been treated so rudely by a business owner.

GB H Steve Ashley is the best he does great hair and on a very timely manner would recommend this place to anyone.

Jasmine Carter Being new to the area, I was not familiar with local hair salons. After calling several salons for two days I finally had Andrea’s get me in the next day for a quick trim for my daughter. We came in that morning and not too shocked, but no employees wearing mask (mind you during a pandemic) then the stylist proceed to cut my daughter’s hair..making her stand up for an entire 30 minutes, yes stand for a haircut. After twenty minutes of her standing and her legs shaking I asked the stylist not once, but twice was it really necessary for her to keep standing? And was ignored. Later to realized this was the owner Andrea. Eventually she let her sit the last five minutes of the haircut. When processing with payment I was told no debit cards, only cash or check. I was not told this over the phone when making the appointment, no sign on the door or when walking into the appointment, and once again using cash during a pandemic. So I had to then leave the salon to run to an atm. I have never left a bad review, but this one takes the cake. All in all: my daughter’s haircut was great, but the poor customer service from the owner herself was very sour.

Before or after getting your hair done you can shop for all different kinds of clothing styles, shoes, eyewear, etc. Great go to shop when I’m looking to go somewhere and I need an outfit. The hairstylist Alexis is the ONLY person I let do my hair because she does such an amazing job. Shop and Book! You won’t be disappointed!!

Ariah Keanna Very Professional and not only do she service adults but Teenagers and Kids! I love her clothes, belts jewelry, shoes and small lashes. I’m totally not with wearing my toes out but Ms.George help me with my self Esteem and she always is so nice! I recommend this place to Everyone!

D H I always give an idea instead of clear instructions when I get my hair cut cause thats just how I am. Like Ill say make me look like an accountant. If they cant do it or seem confused then they lack vision and I find someone else. I went into great clips, told him to give me the good boy and he knew what to do.

Keith Reeves This is my honest opinion of Great Clips on my visit date. Your opinion and views may differ from mine. The place was busy. They had a coupon special going on the day of my visit. I didnt use a coupon, but many people did. I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by " Roseanna". She was extremely professional and did a great job cutting my hair. She had the perfect personality for working with the public. She even considered my corny jokes to be funny. Need I say more, I was extremely pleased with her and would recommend " Roseanna" to anyone looking for a good haircut at a reasonable price.

Sirena Vann I dont know where great clips employees get their training at but every great clips sucks. Took my granddaughter yesterday to get her hair cut. She 4 but shes smart and knows what she wants. After the girl cut it we got in the truck and my granddaughter said it doesnt look like the girls in the picture. It looks absolutely nothing like what we asked for. Its supposed to be a long Bob. Longer in the front shorter in the back. The girl cut it the same length all the way around. 13.0p to screw up her hair. She had hair down her back so it could have been cut correctly.

Lecresicia This is very nice, christian shop with great customer service! The atmosphere is relaxing and spiritual. Nichole, the stylist &owner, is concerned about the health of your hair. She does her best to please the customers. You are always greeted with a warm smile. I have enjoyed all her styles. I highly recommend her services.

S M I used to frequent this business even after I relocated for years and when I let the stylist know I didn’t like her styles any longer as they have changed dramatically and my hair was looking like she cut it, she accused me of blaming her for cutting my hair and refused me continued services. Her products are good and while in recovery from life challenges I wasn’t able to travel 2 hrs to her and when I was able to travel I called to book an appointment for a touch up not a style. She blatantly refused me service and told me everything I shared here with you all saying no hard feelings but she’s no longer a fit for me. No professionalism or integrity. So I retract my previous review of this establishment and I do not recommend it to anyone. Run for the hills, this owner lacks integrity and respect for her valued clients. I’ll never return.

Y. W. They opened at their listed time. They answered the phone even though I have an out of town number. There was availability, and Nichole was fantastic. My hair was a complete mess I wouldnt have wanted to touch it, but she did and was so kind about the condition of my hair. I didnt feel as ashamed when I left. The price was very reasonably I paid much less than I expected and thats even after I added the tip. So very grateful after not having my hair products and being on the road a month, my ears were starting to peel off. Now I feel refreshed and I was respected in the process. It wasnt a fight they provided the service they advertised and have me what I asked and paid for. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience here in Georgia

Rebekah Clark Jennifer has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. I have moved all over the state and always wait to go back to her. She’s the only one I trusted to cut my baby’s hair. She’s so sweet and such a perfectionist when it comes to cutting hair. I always bring pictures and she’s so good at recreating exactly what I want. I’ve also gone to Tanya when Jennifer couldn’t fit me in her schedule when I was in town. This is such a great group of women!

Family Ed. Nancy always does a great job on my kids hair; she listens to them, is very nice, and the price is super reasonable. We never go anywhere else.
