Markina Hodge 10/10! I’ve been getting my nails done for quite sometime but not here, but I will be back anytime I need them done. Anthony, although part time, is amazing! Atmosphere, service, jokes, all here. I haven’t been happy with my nails in a long time, but all smiles leaving here!

Nikki Maples I have been coming here for over 15 years and I absolutely love the staff and the family / friend environment they give!! I go too CECE for my nail designs and she never disappoints!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that asked!

Lara Qadir I visited this salon to get my nails done and showed a picture of the design I wanted. The nail technician, Mary, assured me she could replicate it. However, after an hour and a half, the results were extremely disappointing. Not only was the design unfinished, but the shape and color were completely different from the picture I provided. The color was uneven, rough, and ended up being a harsh, unattractive red. I’m not saying the entire salon operates like this, but Mary, in particular, did not deliver on her promises. I expected much better. This is for awareness, and her name is Mary. The middle pictures show my hand. The nice picture is the design I wanted, but my nails didn’t turn out like that.

Shanee Phillips Got our nails done here on Saturday. It was a pleasant experience. A good atmosphere. The nail techs were nice and polite. When we went in we asked about the prices which we thought was reasonable. $40 for a full set of acrylics and $40 for a full set of gels manicure. I picked out a color that cost more and I was informed it would be. My friend, however, was not told if what she chose was any extra. So we were both surprised when her price ended up being $55 for a full set of coffin nails, maybe it was the ring finger, regardless we werent told. My friend also remarked that it was so nice that we were given cuticle oil and moisturizer without having to ask. Overall, great experience. My problem and reason for writing this review overall, Im disappointed with the longevity of my gel nails. It has been 4 DAYS. And several of my gels around 3 or 4 of the nails are already peeling off. Im not very experienced with nails, but upon research, gels are supposed to last around a minimum of a week. My career field is in education, so theres nothing im doing in my daily activities that would warrant them degrade quickly. Im really disappointed that Im not getting to enjoy my nails for the supposed time. Instead, I basically paid $11 each of these 4 days to only have nails for that time. I wont be returning since the quality does not match the price.

Caira Juarez-Fidencio I have been coming here for years but my past three experiences have been quite rough. Third to last, I got dip on nails and gel pedi. I had a nail break and came back next day to get fixed. Owner got me in immediately and did it free of charge which was nice. But when I returned after 2 weeks, the younger guy doing my nails turned a soccer game on with the volume and tried doing my nails and watching game at same time so what should have been done quickly, was not. My most recent, I came in for dip and pedicure. I came in at 5 on a Saturday and the door says they close at 7:30. In the middle of getting my pedicure, a lady started doing my nails so there were shavings every where and instead of being able to relax i was having to reach across the other side so that the lady could do my nails. Then around 6:45 when Im finishing up, the lady walks away and guy came up and said I’ll do your top coat in a minute, we close at 7 so we are rushing. One, you should never tell someone that. Two, i had one break the next day. So here I am, needing a fix sitting in the lobby. I have been waiting for an hour. I walked in at 3:20 for a fix. One nail and still waiting. The same young man that left me hanging, just said the other people had appointment do you want to wait. This nail would take 5 minutes for someone. If the owner is here, operates just fine. But when they aren’t, complete mess.

Jessica Gregori Came here with my daughters, a female did one of my daughter’s nails, she was great. A male did my youngest daughters, he was also great, and a different young man did mine. My daughters were great, the technician spent a lot of time on theirs but mine, not so much. Mine got up and walked away before I finished drying and never came back. He didn’t bother with cuticle oil or cleaning up the polish from the sides. I had to ask another tech to do so. I’m disappointed because the other two deserved the tip I left, not him. I’m not one to pitch a fit in public, I just know to take my business elsewhere. My nails are super scratched up because he caked on the polish (should have gone with gel for $10 more to prevent scratching I guess).

Mia Ousley Rose is my girl! Always does a phenomenal job and communicates clearly if you want something different throughout the appointment! She always recommends new designs or polish finishes and executes them flawlessly! Front desk service is super friendly as well

Callie Michelle Literally the most BLISS-ful experience! DP made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. He took his time and really made the experience a 100/10. My toes are so cute and my feet feel so soft! This was the BEST pedicure I have ever received. Highly recommend. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and helpful.

Marie Knepp We walked in without an appointment for a Mom/daughter day. We were greeted promptly and with smiles. David did my pedicure and did an amazing job! He was nice and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate his hard work! I wish I got the name of the woman who did my daughters nails, shes an artist! Nice, clean place with good people. Jasmine Ronde I’ve been coming to see Shelly for almost 2 years now. I drive an hour and I’m sure I pass 100+ nail salons to get here but it’s always worth it. She’s absolutely incredible, easy to talk to, and takes pride in her work. I cannot recommend her, or the salon enough.

Wonderful and friendly staff, they take good care of all their customers and are always willing to help you out with anything you need! The place is very clean and makes you feel like you fit in, with how friendly and amazing the vibes are in the salon!!! I couldn’t go anywhere else! Bry Mcc. We had the best experience at The Nail Room in Bearden! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, very sanitary, and did a great job with the pedicure! It has such a welcoming atmosphere and you can tell they want every guest to have a great time!

Alison I loved my visit at Blanc! Tiep did my nails and he was so kind. He also took his time shaping my nails and was very detailed. I’ll definitely be back to see him!

Amanda Paulello Tiep is absolutely amazing! Any time he does my nails, he does a wonderful job! He’s the best nail tech I have ever had in Knoxville! The salon is beautiful and very clean! If you can ask for Tiep, definitely do!

MaKenna Adams Absolutely love my nails! Lily is amazing. She makes sure everything is perfect. She also did an amazing pedicure and took her time with the massage. Definitely will be returning and booking with her again! All the staff were very polite also.

Chastity Murr Very disappointed in the manicure my niece received today. As you can see, the index finger is VERY crooked. When she told the manicurist, she said “no it’s not” and basically ignored her. She also had a specific design in mind which was one of the red nails pictured should have been green. She showed her the picture and she said “no that’s not right” and again ignored her. We usually have a good experience but this will steer us clear from this business in the future.

April E My step daughter went to get her nails done for winter formal, she told the nail tech they were too long and he didn’t fix them and also he cut everyone of her cuticles very bad. When I’ve tried to call if they answer they immediately lay the phone down but for the most part it goes to voicemail. She spoke up then and they didn’t fix them so she paid and came home to see if I could fix her cuticles so they would stop bleeding.

Jami Greene My daughter and I went for spring break to get a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. I wanted regular polish and gel polish for my daughter. Four different people kept asking me if I would do gel too. “It would last longer.” 25 days to be exact. $190 and a week later it’s peeling. We have been careful because $190 is a lot of money. I would give them no stars if that was an option. We will spend our money somewhere else. Totally disappointed and disgusted by the experience.

Haylee Davis First time visiting. They made me an appointment promptly with little time frame beforehand, which is great. I believe the girl who did my nails was named Marry, she was new and did an amazing job. My nails have never looked better. She was friendly and does perfect acrylic. My only complaint is the person who appeared to be manager, after overhearing her order the employees around like it was a sweat shop and her attempting to charge me $71 for a full set, not entirely sure I’d go back. Marry charged me $55 for the set, that is more realistic than $71, which is absolutely insane. Their website states it’s $37 for a full set and + $15 for chrome. She tried claiming chrome costs $71. How can someone who appears to be a manager lie so drastically about prices??

Jennifer Gibson Jessica has always done such a fabulous job on my nails and eyebrows. She is the best, hands down. The other staff members have always been so courteous and polite. Ever so helpful always. The vibe is genuinely positive and i refuse to go anywhere else for my grooming needs.

Fran Faucette Amy is incredible! I came in with my feet in horrendous shape. I had neglected my feet for the last several months. Amy worked so hard and diligently to remove all the callouses and dead skin. I left with incredibly smooth feet. Thank you so much Amy!

Jessica Garity I had a wonderful experience! My nail tech was so sweet. They offered me a drink as soon as I walked in and saw me immediately, even though I didnt schedule an appointment before hand!

Makenzie Lopez I have mixed feelings about my visit. I had a really great pedicure from Tom. He had great attention to detail and did a great job. When it came to getting my acrylic nails filled and a French manicure by Jennifer, I was not so impressed. She missed a whole side when applying my acrylic I had to point out and have her go over. She tried to polish my nails without having me go wash the dust off, which I also asked if I could do. The. She tried to put gel on without asking if I wanted gel or regular polish. In between wiping the white polish from my skin around my nails, she was using the same brush to wipe her skin to get the white polish off her fingers as well. My French is a little sloppy and my nails are not “smooth” but hen I touch them with my fingers. I’m new to the area, I would probably skip this place for my next fill.

Callan Morris I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost two months now. I have never been more happy with a nail artist in my life!! I always leave happy and I look forward to getting them done every two weeks. And the pricing is insanely reasonable. I’m so lucky I found this place when I moved here!! I highly recommend Charlie, he does a fantastic job and you can tell he loves what he does!

Maria Hill We LOVE this nail salon and we love the techs who work there! I love how they are team oriented. My daughter and I got pedis and manis. We went in with specific ideas on how we wanted our nails to look and they definitely delivered! To add, we are huge Studio Ghibli fans and wanted nails to show off. The art we requested had a ton of small details and neither of our artists missed a beat. They knocked it out of the park. I will attach photos. I always have to go several months in between because I know I don’t typically have the funds to take my daughter and myself. But this salon always makes the special trips worth it. Please go see these awesome people. The service is worth the money every single time!

Haley King I PROMISE John is the BEST!!! He always does exactly what I ask for and they always look better than the pictures I show him. Im VERY picky about my nails and the shape and he always does what I ask for. I have gotten my nails done for years and I always switch around because I cant find someone consistent but I found it here! Lilly is also always so sweet and she does a great job on my moms nails!

Alexandria Ogle We came to Yours this week as an office for pedicures. The staff was so awesome for accommodating our groups with reservations. We did herbal pedicure soaks and they were such a relaxing way to end our week. We can’t wait to come back next month!

Chelsey Hernandez I stopped by on a whim and got my nails done here. The atmosphere was great and people were nice, but the actual service was terrible. I am not happy with my nails at all and I’m not very picky. I got dip and the base of some of my nails were applied to my cuticle so they’re lifting and there’s a white spot on one . They were not filed great so they’re all uneven on the top yet oddly flat and dip inward where my fingertips end. They didn’t go to the sidewalls of my nails either and looks weird. I asked for pink French and cherries and asked a couple of times to make the cherries bigger and the stems longer and they did like the slightest bit I couldn’t even tell they were any bigger but I didn’t want to keep asking over and over. On top of just not being happy with my nails- they were $93 with tip. For dip. They charge for length, shape, drip, French, and cherries. I expected to pay extra for nail art and maybe the French but not to shape and apply a tip. For $93 I would expect flawless nails and it looks like someone just starting out did them. Edit to add one just chipped. I got them done 4 days ago.

Tisungane Namacha I had a great experience at 4Ever Nails Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and even offered a drink, which was such a nice touch. The customer service was truly amazing, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and professional. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. I will definitely be returning!

Taylor Dixon I just moved to the area a few months ago and this was such a wonderful place to find. It’s become my regular go-to spot to get my nails done and Ann was so much fun to work with. Sims Sims Went in Saturday morning, they were able to get me in and out. The guy did my nails as I wanted. They look great. Got a full set, with French tip color (tropical manicure). Will go back.

Jade Gotchy Julie & Hai are amazing. I’ve had poor experiences at other nail salons in the past and Julie never disappoints. I religiously get my nails done by her and the shape always comes out perfect & the retention is amazing. I definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Ashlyn Whipple I was in town just to visit family and chose this salon based on reviews. My nails look amazing! My lady who did my nails did a great job. She was very gentle clipping my hang nails and made sure I wasn’t hurting. I used a reference picture and had some changes, she replicated it exactly. It was clean and neat. She also made sure I liked it before it was cured. Wish I lived closer because I would always have her do my nails every time.

Allie Mae Had an amazing time today with Brian!! He did my nails for a wedding next weekend and I’m in love with them! He was fantastic and kept checking in to make sure I liked everything, even recommended the dip polish rather than acrylic and I’m so happy with it!

He executed exactly what I was asking for in style and length (and I’m weird about the length). We will be going here for every mom/daughter nail day going forward.

Mae Went for the first time and I got a fill in acrylics with gel polish. Absolutely amazing quality and all the nails are well shaped to my liking. So glad they were able to do designs plus they came out perfect. They were super nice and accommodating!

Meghan Dickinson Tina did an amazing job! I’ve never been so relaxed during a pedicure. Her massage was LONG and not too hard or too soft. I’m fussy about this and have had many an experience where the massage actually hurts. She was very personable but also allowed me quiet time to relax. Latisia Heather is amazing she did my gel manicure with the car eye effect. If you have a latex allergy, just bring your own nitrile gloves. My pedicure was really good to by another tech.

Jae Pryor Needed some repair to my very weak nailbeds and COCO was the perfect place for me to go. The interior design is modern, chic, and seamless. Each employee greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. I normally have some anxiety going into cosmetic shops, but I felt completely comfortable here. I had the pleasure of having Jimmy work on my builder gel manicure. He discussed the benefits of the service before he started the process, did not rush at any point, and made me feel like I was being carefully attended to. I really like the location of this shop and expect to be back sooner than later!
