Ernie P I have been there 2x so far. I will keep going as long as I live in the area. The whole crew is professional. Good conversations while I was getting both haircuts. The place looks amazing and clean. I had an appointment but I saw about 3 guys coming in and get seated for walk ins too.

Camiel Abreu Took both my sons there for a cut with Zae, Best barbershop in town, extremely professional, but We felt like a part of a family. My boys loved it and wanted to stay longer after the cut, Everyone in there was super friendly, respectful And an expert at cutting hair. Wish I could give more stars.

brad thompson Zae is hands down the best barber I’ve been to! He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and always makes sure I leave looking fresh. The atmosphere in the shop is top-notch, and he’s always professional, friendly, and great to talk to. If you’re looking for a skilled barber who truly cares about his craft, Zae is the one to see. Highly recommend!

Brooke-Lynn Matos Absolutely the best and most comforting experience having my hair cut and colored by Sabina. She got me in as a walk in and informed me about everything I needed to know about coloring my hair, allowing me to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was amazing and the cut was turned out better than I asked for. She’s precise and will make sure you walk out of her salon happy. Grateful for her being military friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Zahara Yasmeen Sabina did a fantastic job at this salon, and I cant believe I havent heard about it sooner. I walked into the salon with super matted hair because my ends were completely fried. Not only did she improve the health of my hair, but she also gave me products to maintain it. My hair is naturally thick and curly, and she knew exactly what to do with it. I will most definitely be back

Penny Warren Called for appointment and got one quickly, I wanted a cut that had lots of layers or feathered look. In the past 10 years I have been cutting my own hair and also bleaching it. With that being said Sabina did a wonderful job fixing and styling it the way i like it.. i am very picky and always had the same person do my hair since 1977. So anytime i tried going elsewhere it ended in a mess. She definitely has the experience, and style your looking for both younger and older!

Shaqunna Austin Went in same day and was able to get my hair done in under 5 hours. Hair turned out beautiful and neat. I’ll be returning soon.

Gurtruenell Spears I have been coming to Fatou’s since 2013. I an truly satisfied with all services provided.I made a last minute appointment to have my hair doing on a Subday before service. I had to employees working my head. It came down ro crunch time and all hands were on deck to get me out before church. I had seven employees in my head at one time. I was so grateful for the dedication on all employees behalf.

Taniesha Tracey They braid very neat and fast which I like. What I don’t like is that they do what they want and not what the customer wants, told them I wanted them twist my hair all the way out to the end because I didn’t like how it look with the ends unfinished,they said ok but more money I say ok I don’t mind and she she proceeded to cut the ends uneven and the other lady who was doing the back did a few and I was so unhappy because it was all uneven and one of them still expected me to pay the extra even though she know the work easy done properly. This was my second time getting my hair done with them and won’t be a 3rd time.

Ashley Lowe Ive been traveling from Pooler, Ga to Hinesville, Ga for over a year and when I say it’s well worth it is well worth it. Lucina (owner) is so amazing! She is so professional, very punctual and has NEVER canceled on me. She has truly become a friend. Lucina’s salon/spa is spotless, beautifully, decorated and very organized. She is very precise, patient and very passionate about her work. I’ve never had any skin irritation or breakouts after and I have very oily skin. I received so many compliments regarding her work! She even took pictures of me after she did my makeup for my wedding. I highly recommend her 100%! Because of her I never have to worry about my brows again! Vanessa Joseph Lou did her big one with my brows, I’m so happy I took the time to get them done so worth it! Her suit was nice and clean all good vibes . I still get compliments on my brows 10 /10 service definitely recommend!

Preston Cole I asked for a mid fade and half off the top; proceeded to get a mid fade all the way up the back of my head, mid part cut. And when I asked to at LEAST fade the back of my head towards the front to try evening it out, the finishing result was uneven on the sides. I could’ve gone to great clips for a cut like this. Barber school or not: if you can’t cut hair, then don’t. I would actually like to see if essentials would get back to me about settling this. Btw I did pay and still tipped 5$, even if I shouldn’t have.

gina roscoe Had a 1:00 pm booked Friday the 29th that has been set for weeks, and I showed up to a sign saying theyre closed. I never received a call or notice that my appointment would be canceled and I was recommended to this place so it would have been my first time. I was looking forward to this appointment so I am disappointed. I will find a salon that appreciates my time.

Nikki Johnson My braids came out PERFECT. The salon was clean and organized. Scheduling my appointment was easy with prompt response. Pricing is reasonable. I sent a picture of what I wanted and they executed spot on. I will say the tension on my scalp was a bit excessive. I couldnt sleep comfortably. It took two days to loosen up. Overall, great experience and talented stylists. I will go back (requesting light tension on braids) and I will recommend.

Channell Ghant My first experience was an appointment for my daughter. We showed up at our appointment time and Monique asked was I sure I had an appointment. I confirmed I was there at the correct time and date. Then she said that the prices are wrong on the site and gave me a higher price. She began to wash my daughters hair and another customer walked in. Monique got on her phone attempting to get another stylist in to help but no one could come. She then proceeded to schedule them for the following day. They started having side bar conversations about visiting other countries while my daughter was still in the sink waiting with wet hair waiting for her to finish. It was at least a 10 min conversation if not more. Two days later I attempt to get my hair done at 9am. I arrive and Monique is not there. The salon was closed so I called to see what was going on. Monique stated she was on her way to LA and that she had someone else to do my hair and they were running late. She said I know you’re impatient so if you don’t want to wait I understand. Note that I’m NOT impatient but I expect to be serviced at my appointment time with no distractions as I have other things to do and appointments to get to. I agreed to wait 15 mins. 5 mins later Monique called back and asked did I see a man walk into the Salon and that he will do my hair. Now earlier she said it was a lady on the way and in no way shape or form am I or will I ever be comfortable being in an environment with just myself and a man whom I do not know alone. She stated that he does not want me and he’s not that type of man. I’m not sure what she meant by that but I don’t care what “kind” of man he is. I’m simply not comfortable. She is very rude and unprofessional. She did great work but on a business scale I would never recommend anyone to her. She does not know my background or anything to make assumptions on why I have a gender preference. I cannot even patronize any of the stylist working here as it is being ran by someone very insensitive and unorganized.

Alicia Cole Jessica, your a rockstar!! Started seeing her 2 years ago with all black hair wanting to go blonde. She did the process properly and did not rush since it would take multiple appointments. She was very patient in answering my all questions and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She suggested the best yet affordable aftercare products which is a necessity when going blonde! She has an great sense of style and will make sure your looking your best.

Chelsea Horn My first time being in this studio felt like I had been coming here forever. It was very relaxing and laid back. I felt home to me. Meeting Rebeckah was a breath of fresh air for me. We instantly clicked. Which is something I look for in a hairstylist. Days before, I called the studio to ask for Information, we talked it out and when I arrived she knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. I give her and the studio a 5/5 Id seriously put a 10/10 if I could. Thank you so much for everything. I absolutely love my hair.

Stephanie Kennedy Went in for my first Brazilian wax and Kayla made me feel so comfortable. She is such a caring and loving person and so sweet. The waxing did not hurt at all. She even gave me a cream and exfoliating gloves and was more than willing to answer any and all questions.

She took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Bobbie Huston Jan is incredible! Id like to start out by saying Ive never had microblading or powder brows done ever so I was a little nervous. I looked up online to see who had a 5star and looked thoroughly through all the reviews. Jan is where I decided to go. She is so sweet made me feel so very comfortable. I felt no pain what so ever. That numbing she uses works really, really well. She also kept stopping and asking me if I was okay or if I was in any pain she is just super nice. I would absolutely have to say that she is in the right business her attitude her demeanor everything about Ms Jan is incredible. If I could give her a thousand stars I would. I recommend anybody thats never had the combo brows done or any type of permanent brows definitely come see her you will not regret it. My first session I went in she sat me down and explained everything to me thoroughly. I will say the healing part after the first time is a process I wasnt sure about it at first but she would text me and check in on me which I thought was amazing! I had explained to her that I dont like the healing process bc it just looked weird but she made sure to tell me that its a process that your brows go through where it loses the old skin so when we do the touch up that will be the final result everything I want will be fixed. I listened and was patient and trusted the process like she told me and the end result was and is Beautiful! I couldnt be happier with my brows. Saving myself 20 min. every morning is heaven!! Im like let me help you help me and Mrs. Jan did exactly that!!! Thank you so very much Jan I am so in love with my brows.

Arlene Dameron My hair was shedding terribly from a recent illness with different medications. My thick, long hair is now thin, and I was literally pulling it out. Cynitha was my original hair dresser when my family first arrived in 1990. My current hair dresser is truly a blessing doing the protein treatments and cutting my hair to my shoulders. The protein treatment and reconstruction conditioner has stopped the shedding. What a relief! The atmosphere is clean, and masks are required ! Cynthia cares, and it was easy getting an appointment.

Hunter-Brooke Cupp I got individual lashes here. I loved them at first. She told me they would last a month. Within 24 hrs they were coming off, with no fault of mine. I went back and she "fixed" them. (The corners) , now not even 6 hours later the middle is lifting. I had planned on going back, next time I will book a real lash tech. Smh

SHARON WHITE OMG!!!!!!! Mrs.Kimble has been doing my hair since I was 13!!! No matter what I do to mess it up she is THE best at fixing it and nourishing it back to health!!!! She is THE best Ive EVER been to and I TRUST HER WITH MY STRANDS!!!!! She doesnt just do hair, she takes care of it!! She does it all, weaves, ponytails, and most importantly YOUR REAL HAIR( whether its relaxed or natural) AND SHE IS SO REASONABLY PRICED!!! I enjoy myself every time I go because she does hair for the soul!!!! She recently fixed a mess my previous stylist created and I am relieved that she got me back on the right path!! Give her and Mrs.Shanda a try! Theyll get you right and they are Covid-19 safe!!!!!!
