Sharon Poindexter I visit Georgetown Family Dental fairly regularly for all my dental needs. My Dental Hygienist, Sojourner Mays is the best. She is through, gentle and explains what you need to do to keep your teeth. Jaressa is also very pleasant. This was the most wonderful dentist practice I have ever been in. The office is immaculately clean but the staff was outstanding especially the dental hygienist that took care of my daughter. Cheryl Burbridge I am a new patient and was pleasantly impressed with the whole experience of my first visit starting with the staff greeting me at the front desk to the hygienist that took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough explaining in detail what she was going to do before she started and describing the process of the cleaning. Sarah H Savannah Periodontics is only dental office I’d recommend for anyone with dental anxiety. First, I should say that I had a very traumatic experience with an emergency dentist when I was on vacation on the West Coast and ever since then, I am a bundle of nerves when I have to have any sort of dental procedure. When I met Dr. Kube (pronounced Q-B) she assured me that she and her team would take every single measure to soothe my worries before the procedure. She kept her promise and did exactly that. I was given a pre procedure pill to take the “edge off” but the morning of my gum graft, I was so wound up, I didn’t feel like it worked at all. When I got the procedure room, Dr. Kube reassured me that she would explain everything she was doing before she did it and she began to numb my mouth. Even though she was exceptionally gentle, calm and patient, I couldn’t help feel panicked, (the experience I had with the dentist I visited on vacation had let me that shell shocked.) Dr. Kube went above and beyond and invited my husband to sit beside me during the gum graft so that he could help me calm down and communicate what was being said / done to me. ( I am hard of hearing and rely on lip reading to communicate and it is understandably stressful when masks obscure the mouths of those speaking.) Both Dr. Kube and her assistant Melisa were so gentle with every single part of the process. When I shed a few tears during the numbing process, they gently wiped them away ( which really shows that they care about the patient and not just getting the procedure over with.) When Melisa helped me out to our car, she noticed that I was cold and she put my hood up over my ears to keep me warm. ( It’s the little things like this that really set this office apart.) While the first few days after the procedure were a bit rough pain wise, the pain medication I was prescribed was very effective and I was able to sleep and recover without issue. The after care instructions covered all the bases with regard to healing / managing pain. ( Trust me when I say to follow the icing directions- it really helps with swelling. ) A few days after the procedure, Dr. Kube personally texted me to make sure all was going well - which I thought was a really lovely personal touch. And the after care didn’t stop there, any time I had a random question about the healing process ( e.g. How long does the bandage on the roof of my mouth stay on? Am I able to drink warm tea? etc.) the office staff Katherine, Megan (and a few other lovely gals that I was a bit too drugged up to remember the names of ) cheerfully and quickly gave me the info I was looking for. Long story short: As someone with severe dental anxiety, believe me when I say: Dr. Kube is an exceptional periodontist and she has my complete trust. Not only is she exceptionally skilled, but she is also so kind, gentle, reassuring and thorough in her care planning. A perfect 10/10. Not only do I whole heartedly recommend her, I will be going back to complete additional procedures with her, which for me, is the highest compliment I could possibly give.

Talked to me giving good tips of caring for my health as well as my teeth even down to trying a new thicker dental floss called Super Floss. She even encouraged me to read the notes she put online to be sure I agreed with what she wrote. She is from the”old school” that I really appreciated Dr Dye is thorough as well and had an x-ray done on a suspicion crown. So I will be back in 2 weeks.

She told me this office was very professional, the service was top tier, the cleanliness was elite and it didnt "smell like a dentist". I took her word for it and to say the least, they are great and everything that she said. Everybody from the receptionist when I first entered, to the tech that called me back & prepped me, to the dentist herself were all great, kind and great at what they do. Heather Brannen DO NOT get veneers here... I had been a patient for 20 years and trusted Dr.Bosque. However, after spending 5k on a procedure called MTM (minor tooth movement), which took 6 months of painful tooth manipulation and retainer wearing,the outcome for my one slightly recessed tooth did not look good. So, I inquired about veneers. He assured me he could do that and I decided to treat myself to the veneers at a cost of around 8k more. The experience was horrible. I had to get novacaine 3 times due to his sketchy inhouse veneer machine malfunctioning. He was extremely agitated and super busy and really not pleasant. He was mad about the machine not making the proper veneer to match the other veneer beside the first one.9 hours in the chair and I left with one really really long front tooth veneer and beside it, the other front tooth was a short veneer. I looked like a clown. Like the cookala bird from that puppet show. And my God, the bleeding and pain and sensitivity. Could not eat or drink without discomfort. I immediately called the next day, and went in at their earliest appointment, but Bosque was too busy to talk to me about fixing the horrific problem. I did see the office manager and she said it could be fixed but he was going on vacation and Id have to wait. The bleeding and pain and embarrassment of even opening my mouth could not wait. I ended up spending $26,000 on getting my teeth properly done at another office. Final note, I had braces as a teenager, my teeth have always been straight since then. I had one slight , minor shift in the 3rd upper tooth and I wanted it fixed and he sold me on getting 4 veneers. Bosque might be good to go to for a cavity but he should not do cosmetic dentistry. Negative 100 stars.

nml Runfaster I was a new patient at Coastal Dentistry in September 2024 for a Oral exam and cleaning. I have had the same dental insurance for 10 years and filed with a previous Dentist and claims were submitted and settled w/o a problem. This was not the case with Coastal Dental. I was told that insurance would be filed by the office. I provided the office with a copy of the insurance card. For 3 months we received a text stating that we had a balance due. I finally went into the office and was informed that the claim was denied. It was filed incorrectly. No one bothered to call me or inform me of the error. I again gave them a copy of my insurance card and the SSN# of the Subscriber(my husband)I made a follow up call a week later and spoke to Kathy and she told me that they had resubmitted the claim and had "worked it out", but no details given to me. I called Delta Dental today and received the information regarding the claim that the dental office could of provided to me This was a simple claim, my 1st.visit to the office as a new patient. I am opting not to follow up with the office in the future. Poor communication.

Dimyne baker This place is terrible, especially to veterans. They only care to receive payment for treating a veteran but not to help one. I live 40 mins away had to get child care for this rescheduled appointment at 10am just for no one to be there. I waited an hour while otp with the VA and even the VA couldnt get in contact with them. Then the owner tried to lie to the VA & say they were there since 9. They also over book people, dont go here if you care about your time!

Peggy Denkins Dr. Philip Friedman has been our family dentist since we first moved to Savannah in 2015. Dr. Friedman genuinely cares about his patients. I can honestly say that he is the best dentist we have ever had. He has always been available for any concerns my husband or I have had even if we need him during his off hours or vacation times. He or his staff are quick to return calls and to do what ever is needed at any time. He and his staff of professionals are friendly and courteous and they make you feel like you are visiting family not just going to see the dentist. He is also great with all ages, from those of us that are grandparents down to the youngest of children. My daughter and her chikdren, ages 10mo, 3, 6 and 9yrs are all his patients and are always ready to see him without any hesitation. Best Family Dentistry Ever,!!
