My Hygienist, Kate, is highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process. Dr. Noland is great too! Rebecca Walker Front desk was very friendly. I filled new patient forms out had no wait. The dental hygienist was very friendly and compassionate. She completed my x-rays and then Dentist came in and she was friendly passed no judgment on my dental situation. Offered a solution and got something scheduled for end of month (per my request) overall I was in and out with-in 45min.

Tami Clemmons Ive been coming here for 5 years. They are the best Dentistry in all of North Ga. They dont require an interview which is costly prior to your first visit. They are the kindest and carry people. Always polite on the phone, and in person. They are knowledgeable, give you options and allow you to decide what to do without forcing things on you. Cant say enough good things about their practice!

Michael Shook Great weekly visits over the last 3 weeks at the wound care center. All of the medical staff have had excellent bedside manner and their expertise has been evident in the treatment. Everyone was wonderful but I want to especially recognize Gina and Elizabeth. Also, Ashley Dyer at office check in all 3 weeks has always welcomed us with a friendly smile and worked with us on scheduling appointments. It is very encouraging to see someone with such a welcoming demeanor and seems to be that way all the time.

Andrew Wilbanks I have been going to wound care here for years now. Three times a week, every week. These are the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardest working people in the game. Not to mention every one of the staff is super friendly. Ive yet to go to a better hospital/wound care center than this and I have been to quite a few. Thank you to all the staff at Union General for everything you do going above and beyond for your patients!

Asia Alexandra Had to go to the emergency room here today. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly people who made this whole experience easier than I had ever imagined. The kindest people work here. Very compassionate. Excellent bedside manner. Very professional and willing to listen and discuss any concerns I had and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible.

Coach Julie We followed Dr. Jo from her previous practice to Family Dentistry due to her friendly, kind and informative nature. Who knew it would get even better! Her team is amazing! They run on time, provide timely answers to questions and are able to accommodate the needs and changes of two adults and two growing children (one who WAS terrified of shots). The patience and time given to the kids and their tooth education and personal issues (overcoming shot fear) has been such a valuable contribution to our dental care.

Mark Kaltenborn Yesterday I had the pleasure (yes pleasure) of having a temporary crown put on a tooth. You dont get to seventy years of age without visiting the dentist a few times. Dr Jo and Ms Anita are real pros and their art is in making a complex and unpleasant process something to look forward to. They work so smoothly and quickly together that I hardly noticed the time. This temporary cap is so good that I dont think I need the permanent one. Thank you Dr Jo!

Jacquie Brown This place changed my life. I had destroyed my teeth from my past. When I started almost 2 years ago with Dr Jo I was pretty defeated. I had totally stopped smiling and if you know me thats unheard of lol. Dr Jo told Me well lets get that smile back. I was upfront n honest about being In recovery n how I had destroyed them n that I was very much a changed person but when I looked in the mirror all I seen was my past not now I have a beautiful smile that Im so proud of! I love Dr Jo n the girls they have become my family.

Charles Long I am a new patient at Dr. Moss, after my dentist retired. I was very nervous about seeing a new dentist, especially since he didn’t offer gas. If I could give him 10 stars I Would. I had 2 fillings and currently doing. A crown.one work explains my experience, WOW. No pain what so ever. I had been dreading my visits, but he is one of the finest dentist that I have been to. And all of his office staff are top notch. I would give them each and everyone 12 stars. All very friendly and caring.. I was expecting to pay a lot more but was pleasantly surprise she I got the bill. Much more reasonable that I was expecting to pay. Moreover then that, they were all Godly people.. I would recommend him and his office if you are in need of any dental work. No pain what so ever, even when he numbed my mouth, I felt nothing. Sarah Every person on the staff that I encountered during my two recent visits (one for x-rays and cleaning, one for a small filling) was both kind and professional. Dr. Moss was terrific -- I am not a fan of injections, but he made the process easy. Honestly, it was the best (most comfortable) injection Ive every had. I plan to make him my familys primary dentist. :)

Tammy Lester Honestly , I did read the reviews before scheduling my 1st. appointment considering the reality that everyone has an opinion. I’m so glad I chose to make the appointment and form my own opinion based on the facts of my own experiences, after all I like others have also experienced unpleasant dental experiences with other providers . This was by far my BEST office visit ever . Dr Moss had a gentle unrushed hand making sure I was comfortable .He took it easy on me. I didn’t experience the pain I’ve experienced in the past. He is a honest straight shooter which is how I want it and a character trait that I respect . He took the time to show me X-rays , educate me and listened to me. I’m seriously not even dreading my next appointment. I think I’ve found my dental home.

Linda Strong My husband had an abcessed tooth. We have been searching for a dentist since moving here, and not found one. He managed to get an appointment and I accompanied him so I could meet Dr Griggs as well. We were greeted by a woman in the reception area and was told firmly, and rather rudely, that since I was not being “seen” I could not remain inside. This was already a problem, as we explained, it was very hot outdoors, I have had a stroke, am 65 years old and do not drive. I asked could I at least be allowed to meet the doctor. She told me no, absolutely not. I started out the door and my husband told her to just cancel his appointment. We left, with his toothache intact. We were both stunned by the level of rudeness we had just encountered, as well as lack of concern or compassion.

Courtney laberge I am so grateful we found our family dentist! My 6 year old daughter recently had two visits and I couldnt be happier with how she was treated. Dr Griggs and his staff treated us like family and my daughter loved it.They were gentle, fun, and caring. I would highly recommend them for all ages and look forward to (believe it or not) the next appointment for myself.

We also, get the blessing of seeing our old Dentist, Dr. Worthy, he is also a very thorough and caring Doctor. We are proud to send referrals to this office because we know they will be in good hands. The front staff is friendly and always greets you with smile. The hygienist and tech staff is fabulous too. Every time we go here we have a GREAT experience. We cant recommend this professional and courteous office enough.

Noah Kough Our young daughter woke up with a swollen upper lip. (I am thankful for the 1-star review posted by someone else because it gave me hope that we could get EMERGENCY HELP THE DAY-OF ---exactly what I wanted!) She did not yet have a dentist. We called Dr. Dyers office in the morning and they offered to see her the same day (at a time when I could be with her after I got off work). She had a damaged baby tooth that had become infected and needed to be removed right away. She had never been to the dentist before, but they were so patient and encouraging through the many tears she cried (mostly due to anxiety about the unknowns of it all). They let me be right there beside her to hold her hands. They removed the tooth and sent her home with smiley-face balloons, stickers, and a heart that was so proud that she had "lost" her first tooth. They called a few days later to check to see how she was doing. We plan to move all of our dental needs to their office. They were truly an answered prayer and blessing in what could have been a very dangerous situation. God bless you and your staff Dr. Ronnie Dyer!!

Maria Weed I had an appointment with Katie Dryer and this would be my first visit. My husband and I are here on vacation at our cabin with family. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile because I’m not comfortable with the process. A Dr. came in not ( Katie) & he ( did not introduce himself) asked me why I haven’t been to the dentist? I explained my feelings and my situation in terms of timing. I was feeling happy that he cared. This seemed like a good start. He then had them take an X-ray and came in an told me I needed to have my tooth pulled as it was badly decayed. TOOTH PULLED! He was ready to do it then and or the next morning. Mind you I have company and we are doing the waterfalls and hiking and we all leave to go home in 7 days. I did NOT have the procedure done and came home very upset. I have not received a call asking me what happened? I looked up having my tooth pulled on web md. and as you might guess I would have some pain and not be able to do hiking. Web Md.info.: Apply ice to affected area, relax for at least 24 hours and limit activity for the next two days. The initial healing period takes about one to two weeks. Ok, my grandchildren are visiting and we would be going home before I really felt better. So I will have this taken care of at home but will look for a different dentist in the Blairsville area. Not a great experience!

mkmason2002 Drs. Ronnie and Katie Dyer {she has the most petite hands in Ga.} are not only the best dentists Ive ever had but the nicest. I had a dental problem and needed to come in right away, but it was near closing time. They told me to come in anyway. Katie, my dentist, had already left for a meeting so Dr. Ronnie worked on my problem. He then noticed another issue, so he worked on that as well. We were all there till 7:30 pm! Did he charge me more for working an emergency case after hours? Nope. : ) I have a handicapped child who use to get very anxious when she went to the dentist. But Katie keeps her laughing and explains everything shes about to do so she feels comfortable. She loves seeing Katie and has no anxiety anymore. Thats a big relief for mom! The Dyers are caring Christians who walk the walk. Blessed to know them. Mary Kay

David Badger Walked in to find out about covid-19 booster shot. Really friendly staff, said if we were ready, we could fill out paperwork and get the shot. We did, friendly nurse gave us the shot and we were on our way after 15 minutes. Fantastic!!

Tina Lane I have been a patient at this practice for YEARS! I was sad when Dr. Adams retired...however, Dr.Kim has been wonderful. She is so kind, soft spoken, and you can tell she cares about her patients. I highly recommend this practice! All the staff are friendly and the hygienist are wonderful too.

GA MTNS I had a filling put in and 19 days later it fell out. I called on a Monday right when it happened about 2pm. To my surprise, and even though I explained that I was in pain, the earliest they could get me in was Thursday at 1000. Now mistakes happen, and I get that, but for me to have to spend two full days super sensitive to hot/cold and even breathing air through my mouth across the tooth is unacceptable. I will not be back.
