Lashawn Wallace Terrible Service They take who they wanted didn’t t go by the list waited 4 plus hours wanted to leave and they tried to charge me 20 dollar for doing braid down would never come back to this location….

Michelle Alexander Its just unbelievable how fast my hair was done, and I was outta their with a banging new Doo! They surprise me every time!! Abby was on the braid down, and Miya installed, cut, and styled my hair to perfection!! I was then ready and walking out of the door!! OMGEEEEE! They work like a fine-tuned, well-oiled machine!!!! I love it! Thanks, Show Stoppers, of Jonesboro for your professionalism and your creativity my Birthday Hair was a success!!

Mya Robinson Avoid this place at all costs , they charge for the wash, they charge to blow dry your hair, they charge extra to install more than 1 bundles, they charge you extra for 1 person to braid and 1 person to do the hair. Half the time it may come out cute MAYBE NOT

Christina C I took a lash course with Ms. Rachel and it was amazing! First, she was very accommodating, I wasn’t feeling well the day of the course and she allowed me to come back and complete my model’s lash set at a later date after we completed the theory. She was also kind, patient and a great instructor. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and truly wants you to leave the class feeling like you have and know as much as you can to get started on your journey. She also offers a mentorship program after the class which I am so grateful for, so if you have any questions or need something clarified you can reach out for guidance. It was such a great experience honestly, thank you Ms. Rachel!! (Pic below is my beautiful gift bag from the class)

Ladelphia Mackie Omg I had the best experience from Ms. Rachel, she gave me my first silk press 2 years post chemo and I look absolutely amazing! It felt so good to have my hair done, and deep treated, I believe I have found me a permanent stylist for me and my daughter, the vibes was also so great, definitely felt like a nice relaxing spa day for me.

The older lady kept making excuses as to why she couldn’t cut my brothers hair when we showed up 2 different times and the last time she cut his hair she was extremely rude and said she didn’t want to cut his hair anymore. Very unprofessional and overall bad customer service.

MsTish I came for the ultimate package at this spa that is such a hidden gem and I was purely satisfied. From the cleanliness, the welcome, the tea, the foot detox, to the body scrub, the massage and facial. Literally everything was good. All the specialist were kind and asked preferences, hit every spot and did amazing. I purchased facial treatment and hair growth products at the end and I have even enjoyed those. This a woman black business that you must support !

Samanda Bryant Hagan I got my hair done there last week, crochet braids. Ive never been there before. I just found them online. I was so impressed! I had a fantastic experience. I made an appointment the day before in-person. I was in the chair in less than 5min of my arrival time. My stylist (Isha) was wonderful. She made sure she was styling according to my wishes. My braids werent too tight. She even educated me about some issues I was having with my hair! The best part...the price point was very reasonable. The ONLY reason I didnt give the salon 5 stars is because they dont take cards--its a cash-only business. If thats not a deal-breaker for you, you should definitely check out this shop!

Lisa Agyeman My little girls front hair was unbraided by her genius older brother. I called and they allowed a walk in. Fixed the front and added more style to the hair making it more prettier and new. Great customer service! Will recommend them for all. They go above and beyond with all.

Berlinda Laster This was the worst experience ever! Paulina did not know how to do “butterfly locs!” I paid her $170 for nothing! The hair lasted for only one day! The locs started falling out the second day! The owner is rude! Uncaring! All she wants is money! Doesn’t care about her customers! I don’t recommend her EVER!!!

Nina V. Today was my first time visiting ‘Queen Dominican Salon’ and it definitely won’t be my last! Stephanie styled my hair and trimmed my ends to perfection! The shampoo was lovely and the two ladies kept everything running smoothly like a well oiled machine! The prices are extremely reasonable and the location is very convenient! The shop was clean and I would definitely recommend this establishment to others! Keep up the great work ladies!

Makayla McClendon I love this place!! This is my second time coming here and I think this Salon is for me. I can see a difference in the growth of my hair. I came today to get a silk press and color and the color turned out so amazing. It’s exactly what i wanted. The pictures with the blue is from when I came here in March and you can see the difference between my growth and color. I’ve been getting so many compliments on the color. I love it so much thank you guys!!!

Venus Marks It’s been over a year since I last had my hair flat iron. They did an amazing job, I have received so many compliments. Even with rain and humidity, my hair is still straight. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return.

The stylists there are knowledgeable about haircare, and many different textures; natural, pressed, relaxed, sew-ins, childrens haircare, braiding, etc. And, they dont over charge!

Darlene Major I wasn’t going to leave a review but thought why not. This was my 1st visit and I was very impressed by the safety protocols in place. The staff was beyond friendly. The service requested was color and a wash and go and that is literally what I received…..color, hair shampooed, place in a bun and that’s it…….Here’s the disappointment. Anyone in the natural hair community “should” know a wash n go is not literal. Although I’ve been a curly natural for 7+ years, I questioned if I was using the wrong terminology? So I asked my best friend, google, and google agreed with my definition. Listen, the stylist and I laughed, I’m not mad. However I hope this review is a learning experience, it certainly is one for me. My search for a natural hair salon continues……

Jasmine Davis Came in the shop this morning and sat down, said hello but nobody said anything back. The lady who was doing hair then asked me was I there to see someone I believe named Keisha, I told her I was just walking in and wasn’t there for any particular person and wanted my hair cut. She then called someone on the phone and asked me if I wanted a pixie cut and I said something similar to that, she told me the lady was on the way. I sat there over an hour and after nobody showed up, I got up and walked out and nobody said a word but the lady who made the call did come out to my car and give me a business card. She was nice, I would not return back this was the 3rd stop I made today after going to 2 salons this morning before deciding them and I ended up leaving the same way I came with not a work spoken.

Melody Pittman Princess was AMAZING! I was warmly greeted and escorted to the shampoo bowl, where we discussed my expectations for my hair. She was honest with my about potential style outcomes, chemical services, etc. We decided on a style. The shampoo was relaxing, thorough and scalp massage all that! I am truly impressed by her skills and knowledge. I am glad I found this salon and definitely will return for ALL my cosmetology needs!
