Satsuki Hajime Lee Ivy is the best there and I have been a loyal client for a few years. She always does the designs I want and takes her time. My nails are always filed evenly and look amazing. Ppl always want to know who does my nails and its Ivy. Shes so sweet and I consider her a dear friend.

Haley Elliott Ivy does an incredible job!!! Shes the best nail tech Ive had in Knoxville, for sure, and shes super friendly. The salon also has very reasonable prices, especially for the great quality of work! 10/10 recommend.

Morgan Crutchfield Had a gel manicure and a pedicure and was really happy with both. I have atrocious cuticles and they were very thorough about the manicure process. Also, hugely important, they SOAK off powder dip and gel and do NOT file. They didn’t rush me, despite being fairly busy. Jenni did a fantastic job and I’ll be back.

MsAbreea J Highly highly recommend Kyle! I’m so picky when it comes to my nails because I’m in the beauty industry and when I use to get my nails done which wasn’t often, I always hated something about them and it felt like wasted money, so I stopped. Now I’m getting married and wanted to start getting use to functioning with nails, and I’m so glad I went to Kyle, he has done an amazing job both times and is now my new nail guy!

Adriana Fokshey Today was my first time at Modeste and I enjoyed every minute of it. Kyle helped me make up my mind about which white polish to choose. He even showed me what both whites would look like on my actual nails. I liked how gentle Kyle was with my manicure. Past nail salon artists have always made my cuticles bleed, through cutting too deep or just being careless. Well, not Kyle!! My manicure turned out just the way I envisioned it with his help. In addition to the talented nails artists, I like the atmosphere at Modeste. The salon is chicly decorated, (right now for Christmas) and even has an Instagram worthy photo-op wall. The area where they have the pedicure chairs is cutely decorated with string lights and eucalyptus bouquets hanging overhead. Just absolutely loved the vibe and even got a little Christmas goody bag on my way out (that included a 10% off a future service coupon and a cuticle oil.) Cant wait to come back for another manicure with Kyle!!

Kim Peachii I highly recommend Snappy Nails and particularly Jack. The pink nails in the picture I have had a MONTH and they are still looking beautiful and still holding on my nails very well. I am disabled so can only afford to get my nails done once a month. This is the first time Ive been happy with my nails since moving to Knoxville. So Ive found my nail artist here in Knoxville and he is an artist, can do anything you can think up. The acrylic is on top of my natural nails, no tips. The color on my nails is gel polish, not colored acrylic powder. Ive fallen in love with gel polish at Snappy Nails done by Jack.

Darlene Hope Clark If your looking for the BEST in town...look no further! Jack (who did my nails) is a five star professional nail tech. Hes a perfectionist, gentle, funny and great at what he does. I called at 10am and got an appt at 1:00 that afternoon. Their prices are very reasonable too! Give them a call!

A. Young 11/21 Love the ombre French dip! 10-days later, after working on the house and yard, and my nails still Look Great!! 3/21 Very Happy! I had the French dip (into powders for strength) and Love the results! Both Jack and Cindy are quite skilled do a wonderful job! *And dont let the location fool you, Snappy Nails is a hidden gem.

Stephanie Planchard I had a wonderful first time experience at Laura’s Nail Salon today! The salon is very clean with a relaxing vibe. Everyone I met was super friendly and you can tell that the staff knows their stuff! Rylea did a fantastic job on my gel fill and gel pedicure for Valentines Day! She was fun to talk to and very professional. I also saw her nail art examples and she is quite talented. I will be going back for sure. Thank you, Laura’s Nail Salon - you made my day!

Kara Branson My sister and I were walk ins and were very pleasantly surprised. The ladies are very friendly and laid back. Elise fit us in for pedicures and did a great job. It almost felt like we had been coming there for years. Will definitely be back!

Shell Lohmann Lauras Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon in Knoxville. The ladies that work there are so friendly - when you walk in, you feel like you are part of the family. My nail appointment is a twice monthly pick-me-up. Thank you, Lauras Nails, for being awesome.

Casey Jordan Kim did black French tips with dip powder and they turned out great!!! I drive all the way from Alcoa to get my nails done here bc they are better than anywhere that’s close to my house. And Ran did my best friend’s nails and they were amazing as well! Can’t wait to go back!!! Had another appointment at my favorite salon today! Brittany did my nails amazing! Even better than the picture I asked her to base them on! I love Polished!

Brianna Nelson I’ve been going here for almost 7 years! Great prices and great quality! I get acrylic nails with tips and get fills. I change up the shaping between sets and have got almost every color and some designs for holidays. I usually go to Ran as well as Brittany. They even did my nails for my wedding and other big events!

Maren Schouw-Fuller I was not told that gel nails was more expensive when we made the appt. All I wanted was a french manicure using blue. The gal who worked on my nails didnt speak English very well, which is fine but there was obviously a communication issue. She did a horrible job filing my nails first. I asked for rounded nails and she did flat tops, but the sides were very uneven and rough. Two days later they were chipping and breaking. On my big toes she left spiked shaped pieces of my nails on the ends which were poking into my skin. I had to cut them off myself which was painful. Ive had pedicures before and none if them started going bad so quickly! Not sure if its the quality of polish used or the way it was applied. My mother in law was with me and she only had a pedicure which she was happy with but was a different gal who worked on hers. I wish I remembered the name of the one who helped me...I dont dislike the place just not happy at all with my outcome. So Ill try another place next time. I just would lkke to be able to communicate with the nail tech better. Makes me upset because it was not cheap at all. What happened to the $25 manucure??? So sad.

Faith Colquitt I won’t be back. They want to charge what they want to charge you, but don’t want to do your nails like you want them done. I shouldn’t have to come back in less than a week and I just paid $90 for a fill in and for you to put gel on my toes. Then, have me waiting 2 1/2 hours to fix my nails. I wasn’t suppose to be coming back that soon, anyway. Never again!

Shake And Bake I have been coming here since I was a little girl and I love it they always do a great job and get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Edit**COMPLACENT Everytime I came after I told her Im a truck driver she started to do my nails thick even though I asked for her not to...that was kinda okay until my most recent visit where she put 0 effort into my nails. They were done extremely thick, uneven and sloppy! She just rushed through it. It was very sad considering it was a birthday present from my mother-in-law. I will post the pictures of before and after I cut them off to show how thick.

Giorgia Borriello the place is nice and clean. I often went without booking and the operators are super helpful and professional. Students have a discount and the quality/price ratio is good. These nails were done by Louis (Red and Blue Nails) and Alex (dark nails); I am an athlete and my nails have never broken. I recommend!

Haley Worsham Henry Nguyen did my nails, and he did an amazing job! Also a bonus, he didn’t cut me at all when trimming my cuticles (a common experience, unfortunately). He also gave me the best hand massage I’ve ever had when he was finished with my nails. I definitely will come back and request him from now on!

Madelyn Rose Cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. Booking is SO easy, which I appreciate! The receptionists and nail techs are always friendly and remember me every time I go in. I always leave satisfied with my nails!

Lauren Bridges I got a pedicure and dipped nails. They didn’t even trim or push back cuticles or use a pumice stone on my feet, or do any kind of hand massage or do anything with my cuticles on my hands. All they did on my hands was put the polish on and cure with with the light. My feet were still rough afterwards. Poor preparation on my nails causing them to lift in one week and they were a fresh set of dipped nails. I did not feel as they were as sanitary as most places I’ve been to for pedicures and didn’t have the plastic in the bowls. I did love the ambiance of the separate pedicure room that’s relaxing. But overall would not go back or recommend after spending $125 for a pedicure and manicure. The picture I added is a week after manicure with dip.

Tai Lung Was amazing. Super kind technician, Henry. He took great care of me and was very general with my hands. With the poor weather my hands were extremely sore but because of how gentle he was I didn’t even need to tell him my hands hurt. His attention to detail was amazing too! Once I figure out how to add photos I’ll show my nails.

courtney levasseur I love going here. I’ve never had a bad experience! I get my nails done by Jenny and she is AMAZING!! Next time you go, I highly recommend requesting Jenny. She kills it every time and loves a good design challenge!

Gabrielle Coleman Tam Is The TRUTH! The Left is what I asked for and the right is the outcome! She is patient, diligent, great at what she does, and has an amazing eye for matching colors or mixing. She is literally one of the best nail technicians I’VE EVER HAD! If you sit in her chair (manicure or pedicure) , you will not be disappointed! Btw this is DIP.

Liz W I came in with my mom for a pedicure, and had such a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly and kind, and they took such good care of my feet. They go above and beyond with their clients. The seats were comfortable, and the building looked clean (including the bathroom).

Whitney Huffman Joann did such a FANTASTIC job on my dip nails! I have never felt so welcome, and she took her time to make sure they looked as great as they do. I love them!!! Nick did my pedicure and he too took his time and did a FANTASTIC job! If you are looking for great quality and a friendly atmosphere then T-nails is definitely where you need to go. I will definitely be back.

Tracy Marie A lady I work with highly recommended this place. She took another girl from work with her and her nails looked great also! So I finally decided I would go on payday. I called and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. I told her what I wanted done (powder dip like a french manicure but with colors) Joanne took her time to make sure my nails look flawless. Del Stoy Terrible experience, wont be coming back. My friend and I left the place after getting our nails done, and they looked decent before we left. They did seem to be speeding through our nails and not fully taking their time, but we did not think much of it. When we were in the car we realized how janky they were. Mine were lumpy and uneven, while my friends was uneven and does not match the other hand. We went back in to ask for a refund and try to get them off. Instead they just talked to us like we were stupid and were not listening to us when we were trying to tell them what was wrong. We get our nails done frequently to know what they are supposed to look like and these were unacceptable. Will not be coming back, and do not recommend.

Haley Reagan I love LaLa Nails! I always have an excellent experience here. I usually see Teresa, but she was off today. I was paired with Tammy who took very good care of me :) I love that I can be relaxed, but don’t have to wait hours for my appointment or to be seen. Highly recommend!

Heather Moremen Teresa is INCREDIBLE. She is so sweet, thorough, and accommodating. I’m very particular, and she never makes me feel bad about it. I’m her biggest fan. The salon is clean, luxurious, and affordable. It’s the only salon I’ll let touch my nails in Knoxville.

Nikita Hunt The best place I have ever been too! The prices are amazing AND they have a warranty on nails so if something breaks or what ever you can come back within that week and fix it... they wont charge you! I fell asleep getting a pedicure... and that never happens! They also gave me Lotion to take home with me. ❤️❤️❤️

mckayla Son was so precise in his work! I’ve had good nail techs in the past, but he has been one of the best! He corrected every mistake he saw before I even had to say anything, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. He got the shape perfect and not a single nail was crooked. I had created my own design on my phone for my appointment so he would know exactly what i wanted and he killed it. He was amazing at the designs as well! I will be back to see Son!

Tammy Anderson Hannah is the best at manicure dipping and pedicure! The foot rub is phenomenal! I am ticklish so she takes it easy on me when I start to giggle! The dip on my fingernails is why I started going to her, they are thin, durable and beautiful; Every time- she is an artist with a great temperament.
