From the time I stepped in and went the front desk I was greeted with just amazing customer service. The young lady who checked me in was very professional and compassionate. The young lady who walked be back was so very kind and compassionate. The dentist who seen me was AWESOME and I mean AWESOME. He was very detailed and caring and so kind. This is an awesome place to be seen for your dental needs. It I could give him and his team a ten starr I would. They are an AWESOME TEAM.

The front office staff, with Joel at the lead, are always so pleasant and welcoming. Lance Stanley i have been going to this dentist for a few years. I have always been pleased with any of my visits from cleanings to crown and replacing old worn cavities. Dr Smith does a great job and todays visit for a cleaning with Rebecca was awesome.

Joan Wende I had my first appointment with Dr. Laney Smith, she and her staff treated me as if I was part of the family, I was pleased that she made herself aware of my medical problems and the medication I was taking. She is so professional,t she wanted to be sure I had taken an antibiotic before the cleaning and exam. I am impressed with the staff and the forms to be filled out so that Dr. Laney Smith was on to my life story. So we became friends right off the block.

Doug J. Dental implant failed after 2 years and 10 months. I was charged 900.00 to get another one. Dental implants are supposed to last 10-15 years. I paid thousands of dollars for the implant. The dentist did not care. I told the dentist that I wanted a white tooth with no signs of discoloration. I was completely ignored. When the tooth came back it was discolored and I refused it. I went to the office on 4 separate occasions before getting a white tooth. When I got home I noticed a dark circle on the tooth that looked like a cavity. I had to go back to the office again to correct the problem. This Time the circle appeared to be white; however, several days later, the dark circle was there again. Whatever he did to whiten it was just temporary. I called the office and now I’m being ignored. I Was also told that the office did not perform teeth whitening. These people are weird. I have racked my brain and I cannot figure out why a dental practice would not want their patient/ patients to have white teeth. Now I have to go to another dentist to have this corrected.

Derrick Swanson Everyone at the office was very friendly! I got an implant and some cavity fillings done. Everything went very smoothly. Doctors were knowledgable, honest and clear about what they found and what they suggested. Staff laid out the plan in steps and helped with payment arrangement. I am very pleased! Highly recommend!

Everyone was so professional yet really caring and accommodating, and when you have a phobia about the dentist like I do it’s really comforting when you feel that everyone cares how you feel. Most importantly, I can’t say enough about Dr. Kim! He was so patient with me! He took the time to explain everything before beginning, as well as took every precaution to ensure that I felt no pain! Ione Evans My 12 year old daughter and I became new clients yesterday. We were there for our 6 month check ups and stays. The office is modern and clean. The staff was friendly and informative. We were seen by the dentist fairly quick. She was nice. Also, Tabatha answered the phones professionally as well as returned my calls to answer questions twice. Heather was our hygienist. She was very engaging and thorough throughout the process. She explained to my child everything she was doing or going to do. She made us feel comfortable and made great recommendations for future care of our teeth. Thanks again. See ya in October!

Renate Brown Dr. Geerling did a root canal for me. Him and his staff were very professional. He explained everything about the procedure to me. I had an issue on the weekend and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him.

Chris McCalla So, I needed three root canals at the same time. We did two in one visit and the third in another. Friends and coworkers had me concerned about the pain. Dr. Geerlings could not have been more pain-free-- not what I expected! He and his staff could not have been more professional, friendly, and efficient. And when I went to the dentist for the permanent fillings, they too were impressed by his work, that all three fillings took only about 30 minutes. Hopefully your dentist sends you here-- the smoothest dental procedure Ive been through!

Jay Lackey The woman that did my consultation was very nice, so this review is more about the company itself than anything. I went to a consultation that took about an hour to complete, most of it being a tour of the facility, some Q and A, and a pretty lengthy video they have you watch that actually kinda scares the crap out of you and pretty much tells you having bad teeth leads to a shorter life. All that being said, this is an extremely scummy company. They have a calculated way of getting your hopes up and making it seem like theyre willing to help you out, only to quote an absolutely insane amount of money. More than most people make in a year. About 50 grand. The greed is INSANE. Nobody has that kind of money laying around, and the payment on a loan that size would be the same as a vehicle payment. Most of us are struggling to buy food. On top of this they do not take dental insurance. Corporate greed and exploitative healthcare in America is getting WAY out of hand. Its disheartened me from looking for help altogether. I just stay in my house and Ive given up on trying to find a dentist that actually cares about other human beings. It took a lot for me to make that appointment. Never again. Apparently only rich people deserve to have teeth.

Kezia Coleman They really need to work on their time management. I had an appointment at 1:30p and am still sitting here at 2:35p. Someone keeps saying Ill let them know youre ready. Do ya think? Im paying entirely tooo much for this type of service. Oh and when I tried to wash my hands, the water didnt work. Hopefully my Review will change in a couple of months, but probably not. They didnt do my partial accurately, so I couldnt wear it out when expected. Here for another impression, but Im not exactly confident they will get this one right either. I drove an hour here and am still waiting.........They people seem nice, they just have to get a little more professional with their time management. Im hungry, sleepy and extremely annoyed right now. Not good.

Amy Hall I am usually petrified of dentists. Dr. Patel has made me feel so at ease that it is quite a miracle. Her work is superb! I cannot recommend her enough. Her staff and hygienists are so very welcoming and friendly. I know without a doubt that they will treat you with the same courtesy and professionalism!

Had to have a broken tooth extracted and they were very conscientious and patient, made sure I was not in pain and made every effort to make me as comfortable as they could. The office is very clean and organized and all the staff is helpful and friendly.

Will P Turner I made one last appointment on their given advice that I had enough insurance to cover the procedure. After the appointment was over I was then told the entire cost was out of pocket because all insurance was used up. I could have moved the appointment to 2025 had I been informed of this in the beginning. This cost me over $200 out of pocket.

Robin Carroll I was without insurance and I stayed on a waiting list forever. They were worth the wait. I got the best care and kindness from these people at this clinic. I turned 65 and had to stop going there because of I turned 65 and had to stop going there because of medicare. Worst decision ever. I have been in pain with stomach issues had to find a primary doctor the waiting list most was March and I finally got one for August which was a month out at the time. I know but if I could still go to that clinic I would be not be suffering in pain. They are very caring people and try to help you the best way they can. They even set me up with a lady Belinda to go over all my medical options when I turn 65 because it was so confusing. I wish I could’ve continued with them. Red Wilder If I could give a 0 I would! Most narcissistic man Ive ever met. He has no respect or consideration for anyone. Hell start chatting with friends and leave patients seating in chairs waiting on him for over an hour. Ive had two sets of braces, the last set because after your initial set the next set is free, a good thing but my time and sanity is worth more! Dr. Morris, which I hate to recognize him as a doctor but a mere joke, doesnt respect that everyone has other pressing matters to tend to! I had another doctors appoint after him and made ample time between appointments. I was prepped for braces but after an hour, which I cant believe I waited listening to his BS with friends, who just popped in to say hello. I waited thinking he would be15 minutes or 30 minutes before attending to patients but minutes turned into hour + . I pulled guard out and threw it! You would think he would call to apologize, but nope because hes too narcissistic! STAY AWAY

Meagan Eggler Dr. Rayburn is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to! I had pretty terrible teeth. I was missing both my lateral teeth and needed several crowns. It was an emotional thing for me and I had always been embarrassed of my smile. My very first visit, as Dr. Rayburn started my evaluation, he pointed out everything he could possibly see that was GOOD about my teeth and mouth before talking about the work I needed to have done. He then completely transformed my smile. He gave me three options and allowed me to choose the one I wanted. He spent an entire day and half on my teeth, doing majority of the work in one day because I live three hours away and was very meticulous to make sure every detail was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Jessica Taylor I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rayburn’s since I was a kid and take my own children there now as well. He’s top notch and his staff is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Haley Martin I have had horrible dental experiences which caused bad anxiety but after going to Rayburn I feel so comfortable going to the dentist. We moved and currently drive 45 minutes one way just to see him. Highly recommend. Rayburns entire staff is amazing and patient. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. Rayburn listens to all of your concerns and explains everything in great detail. Absolutely love this dental office.
