Wayda I absolutely LOVE PURE! Charlotte did my services and she was great! Between her making me feel comfortable and her close attention to detail, I would give her 10 stars if I could. They are also very budget friendly, ESPECIALLY with college students.

Brianna My mother and I received gift cards for a head spa and blowout experience. I called to book the appointments to be sure I was booking the correct service. The head spa experience was great and Sarah did a wonderful job. After leaving her room, I sat with my mother while she was getting ready for her appointment. I was then offered to blow dry my own hair. I explained that I had booked the blowout and sat back in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of dripping on the coach, I returned to the desk to ask how long it would be and if I could have a towel. I was then informed that none of the stylists were available. When I asked why, I was informed that I had been booked with a stylist that wasn’t working that day. I was also told that the service I was booked for should never have been booked, that they are “not allowed” to book the service anymore?
I was then offered to wait another 45 minutes until my mother’s head spa and blowout were complete to have my blowout. (A full hour after my appointment time.) I explained that we booked the way we did bc my mother had to return to work and waiting wouldn’t work. The receptionist said she would call her owner and let me know how to proceed. I was again offered to dry my own hair, which I did. The receptionist told me the owner said to leave $30 on my gift card for the incomplete service. I explained that since it was a complete experience, a $30 gift card credit would not be helpful to me and could she please speak with her owner for another solution. I was told the owner would be calling me the following Monday with a better solution. It is Tuesday evening and I have not received a call.
Had I been told upon arriving that the complete service I booked was unavailable, I would have chosen to reschedule. I also did not appreciate having to ask multiple times for updates, with dripping hair, when they were aware that there was a scheduling problem from the beginning of the appointment. The entire second half of the service was not rendered and I was offered a gift card credit of less than 25% of the entire cost of the service. A credit that is not enough to have another service at the spa.
It’s also disappointing that the owner did not have the time to keep her word about calling me.
