John Boy The dentist is a very good dentist, but I quit going because his staff are very rude. I gave them my insurance info over phone 2 weeks before my appointment and the day of my appt they refused to file my insurance. Said they didnt have time to verify my insurance. The woman that checked me out was definitely the capital B word.

Christina Chan I popped in today since I was right there to see if they took my insurance. They did. My 3 year old was even able to be seen today. This was his very first dentist experience. All the staff got down to eye level and talked to him. Explain and let him touch so he wasnt scared. I was told after the first visit I would not be able to go back with him. Next time one of the two hygienists would be with him every second of the appointment. At this time I have no worries about this. Id be an ear shot away.

Cynthia Latrice My experience was amazing! I had an infected tooth that had chipped and had an abscess. Called on a Wednesday, was able to get in the next day. Dr. Brooks was so loving and caring when he saw how swollen my face was. He put me on an antibiotic and had me to come in the following week to pull the tooth. While pulling the tooth, he talked me through everything he was doing when I would feel pressure etc… He’s the BEST! I’m going to have my kids to go there as well. I also love his friendly staff and welcoming environment. Dr. Brooks also has done 2 root canals for my husband. My husband had a great positive experience as well!
